Bone In NY Strip Steak On The Weber 22 Inch Kettle

I take you through how I prepare and cook a couple of bone in NY Strip Steaks on the Weber 22 inch kettle grill. I was cooking Royal Oak Lump Charcoal using a couple pieces of Pecan and Cherry wood for smoke. I seasoned the steaks with Kosmos Q Cow Cover.
