Answer: 7/4 or 14/8
I tried to make a proper 14/8 and if you listen to the drums (6+8) you can probably hear the way I meant. But at the same time it became very natural to count 7/4 so I'm going to accept both answers. If you don't agree with this I'm very open for discussion!

its 14/8 because the first snare divide the first pattern by 2, its weird to see it as a 3/4 instead of 6/8
