I am greeted by very hostile police who threaten to arrest me and refuse to show the badge.

how do you know what goes on in that building, there could be undercover officers there on very sensitive cases , it could be national security, or even witness protection. there are many reasons that some officers and buildings are not public knowledge and the same applies to their staff. would you think its ok to fly a drone over mi6 or mi5 at 20meters? these auditers are idiots who are just thinking about views and not adding any benefit to society or the wider public good unlike these hard working officers who risk their lives for us all ever day only to be confronted by some snivelling little weasel with a drone outside who thinks he knows better. its pathetic. as a fellow pilot id expect better from another pilot.

The lack of knowledge of these secret police is amazing. First they commit the offence of interfering with a pilot whilst in control of an aircraft, second failing to identify themselves other than they are coppers of limited knowledge. They have a total lack and disregard of aviation law (trying to impose laws that don’t exist). Causing concern, what about two men coming out and approaching you aggressively, telling lies, raising their voices, insulting and degrading you all whilst hiding their identity.

9:40 Why did you even talk to them? They didn't identify. Flashing a warrant card with your face hidden isn't identifying. They shouldn't be hiding their faces. The purpose of a police warrant card is for identification purposes. Each police worker has his/her face photo on the card. By law they have to show their faces. You really shouldn't let them get past that stage. Until I can clearly see their face and read their warrant card they are bogus police workers.

First 2 muppets, threatening that he'll basically fit up charges against you (no surprises he scarpered when the other 2 came out) whilst both doing their best to hide their identities. Then Mr "Let me speak" who was a complete waste of time as he doesn't listen to a word you say, thinks he knows everything already and lastly absolutely adores the sound of his own voice. If that first cop is willing to basically say "I'll make your lawful conduct into a charge and steal your property" on camera god knows what he does to people when no-one is filming.

They need to read up on section 5. Not liking drones or anything of personnel preference of a legal activity does not count in any way shape or form. There were lots of times you could have got defensive from their remarks DJE, good on you for keeping your head.
