Ran this race tonight on my speedrun and i was at this rave 2 hours 30min in i ended up redoing it till 4hours 20 when i said fuck it this was the first time ever where i have had this issue especially since i did a test speedrun last night and it went easy peasy like wtf and best part is no matter what route i chose these guys ended up being 1-2 seconds faster then me and cars also didnt make a difference so tomorrow im taking a rest day then ill get back at it wish me luck.

There is no traffic near opponents that are far from the player. Traffic is generated only near the player so opponents are faster with clean streets.

I used one, for put maximum level/dificult because I played this race on arcade mode and I did this for find the race more easy than the career mode, in arcade mode I can select the race directly, I used arcado but only for show this video, in other side in career mode and can't choose the race directly, but in career mode don't need the cheat
