Its clicking ive never followed anyone taught my self jow to play. Your teaching is making me better player. I wasnt stuck but want to find more patterns. I do want to have more areas to go to besides up and down.rhen dame 4 or 5 licks Then getting . . Fluiditidy is best sounding, ok going to practice thank you again.
Thank you. For your time awesome video.
Thanks for the upload. When you’re working fluidity, do you articulate the notes at all or just use airflow changes?
Those staccato notes can be used in fluid lines but primarily it's the legato bending and even airflow that are helping with fluidity.
Many thanx!!
Ronnie this is great, thanks! My question is about the 3 draw, 5 blow, and six draw...aren't these notes NOT in second position? Perhaps they are third position, which I haven't practiced at all. Cheers
Any note could work in any position. While they are not blues scale notes, they are important notes to utilize in 2nd position. When you listen to blues harp recordings, listen for that -3 full step bend or -6 (same note) being used in 2nd pos. You'll find that it's common. The 5 is a maj pentatonic scale note (2nd pos.) Mixing these scales together works well.
@@Harmonica123 I think I was thinking specifically of the blues scale, which I've been drilling and thinking primarily about.
write it down please😅
