***** Louisiana might be a bit too far for them, they are already overextended in New Vegas, though some settlers from NCR certainly are a possibility or former members of the Legion or former slaves and refugees from their territory as I don't believe the Legion can outlive Caesar by much and without a civil war
***** I hate them :D not that I dislike them as a badly designed faction, I just hate them :D
i hope this interaction don't lead to any kind of Fallout™ between us.
Fallout™ New Vegas
What a perfect intro. The entire setting, and all you need to know about your character's situation, wrapped up in 5 minutes with excellent writing. Fucking love this game.

RIP Matthew Perry. You were a hell of a cat, Ring a Ding Ding
To this day this intro still gives me chills every time I see it. This is how you kick a game off
Came here to pay my respects to Matthew Perry, whose lines in this intro really sold me on the game
Hearing Benny say that the game was rigged from the start makes me think about how the series has given even greater meaning to those words. What a great job they have done.
i like how it shows new vegas as an actual seemingly bustling city unlike the usual shanty towns with 4 buildings we normally see in the series
“But the Skibi-deal is, the gyatt was rizzed from the start”🔥🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️

"I hope this interaction doesn't lead to any kind of fallout between us. Fallout new vegas"
Probably... in my opinion, the best rpg ever made.
I couldn't agree more 🙂
AHHH that is hard, but I'd have to say Skyrim or Mass Effect. This comes in either second or third for me though.
>Implying the first 2 weren't

> Mass Effect

Wow.
yea
Rest in peace, Matthew Perry
3:41 when you wake up and realize your delivery job has taken a turn for the worse.

One of the best performances in the series. You really made this character so memorable. RIP Matthew Perry
one of his best performances for real for real, rest in peace Matthew Perry
Ladies And Gentlemen, we are officially in the year of the Fallout New Vegas Lucky 38 poster
Wait we are? 2025????
I thought were in 1799?
RIP Matthew Perry 😢
Normies knew him as Chandler from Friends.. But we, the couriers of Mojave Express, will always know him as Benny.
RIP Mathew Perry
Fallout New Vegas is more than just a Fallout game. It's an absolute masterpiece.
"The truth is, the Game was rigged from the start" is one of the most iconic quotes in videogame history
*In my opinion*
Rest in Peace Matthew Perry.
RIP Matthew Perry
Holy god this game was so much better than Fallout 3.
You JUST realized?
The map and atmosphere was true to fallout. Fallout 3 looked like the nukes had just dropped a day before.
Yeah it doesn't make sense, it would've been fine if they said that the game was set 20 years after, not 200.
na I think the story and hardcore mode was better but fallout 3's atmosphere beats it.
200 years from.... ?
Oh my God this game was just such an experience. Only NV players understand just what has happened in an adventure playing NV... it cannot be explained in any way but by playing.
RIP… thank you for your amazing performance as Benny
For some reason I really like the Securitrons rushing across the road with those little police beeps
man, R.I.P Matthew Perry, the voice of Benny.
Imagine if this gets remastered, I would of absolutely spend all my caps on it
Bethesda will never remaster need vegas because obsidian will get praised more than them and they dont care about what people think about their games
*Remake, I would die of happiness
@@RalseiSmokerOfBlunts Well it's not up to Bethesda now. Since Micorsoft owns both Bethesda and Obsidian and there are rumors of a New Vegas 2 in the future. There's hope.
Just looked up Matthew Perry's work and I did not know he voiced Benny. Rest in Peace, Matthew

This game will never get old, it's a damn masterpiece.
RIP Matthew Perry, truly a great man.
Rest in peace to one of the greatest characters ever in a fallout game
This intro always gets me pumped to play another run, the writing and delivery are about as good as they can possibly get.
This game really makes me feel like a badass for being a delivery person. I mean yeah I'm delivering mostly food and using a car & my day doesn't quite amount to that of Courier Six but at least I'll have some experience for the apocalypse. I even have an NCR flag bumper sticker for the OG fans but have yet to meet someone who will understand the reference rather than just see a california flag
I'm going to keep an eye out for your car, and if I ever see you I'll tell you that patrolling the Mojave almost makes me wish for a nuclear winter.
@@Elrond_Hubbard_1 Hate to be the bearer of bad news but I actually lost the magnet. It must've fallen off at some point and that car no longer works. So, maybe when I get a new car I'll order another NCR decal so I can get back to patrolling the mojave.
now this was truly my favorite fallout game
“A vast army of slaves, forged from the conquest of 86 tribes; Caesar’s Legion.”
I feel like this particular line really goes to show just how imposing Caesar's presence is in the Wasteland.
I love how well done this intro is. Especially how the drunk troopers are waving their flag around and the ranger sniping the fiend.
”Truth is the game was rigged from the start” RIP Matthew Perry and thanks for this quote. If he just used a bigger gun he might’ve won
Blue moon, you saw me standing alone, without a dream in my heart, without a love of my own....
Blue moon, you saw what i was there, someone saying a pray for, someone i really could care for...
Rest in peace, Matthew Perry.
Bethesda: You've made your last Fallout game kid. Sorry you got twisted up in this series. From where you're standing it must seem like a stupid business decision on our part. Truth is the game was rigged from the start.
*Fallout 4 makes $750 million dollars despite being utter crap meanwhile New Vegas only makes 300 despite being superior in every way.
Isaiah Reitan 2010 was a big year for FPS games and everyone was more into Black Ops than anything else. It is a shame because FNV was far superior to any game that came out that year.
I dont think you understand why Fallout 4 made more money. It was clearly the better one.
Fallout 4 was still fun though. Also it sold more copies because it was marketed better than New Vegas.
Joe Ketchen Buddy have you heard of Red Dead Redemption
Eh, I dunno, I dealt with a lot more annoying bugs in that game, even though it's Gameplay was fine.
Fallout 4 is the OPPOSITE in that regard, so I still prefer FNV. :/
This is probably one of the best intros to any video game ever. Not only was the intro fantastic but the game itself was a masterpiece too. I have high hopes for the future of RPG's.
Just occurred to me the level that Obsidian writers FAR outrank Bethesda writers...like. Who the fuck can turn a story about a mailman into a political struggle for post apocalyptic Nevada. Whereas Bethesda just steals from overdone tropes....I love Bethesda for the Elder Scrolls series, but they need to take whomever is writing those and move them to Fallout, because "cryostasis" has been done to death. It's just lazy.
"bEtHesDa bAD"
@@marcuscain1377 That's the best you can come up with? Maybe you should consider writing for Bethesda LOL
@@-CrimsoN- Well I'm just repeating what you're saying.
@@marcuscain1377 Not really. More like a dumbed down version. Which again, makes you a great writer for Bethesda :)
Not to mention cryostasis literally caused near instant death in fallout universe until bugthesda retconned it.
2010 folks and this intro is still a banger. I can't get enough of this insane animations with the NCR sniper.

It's nice to think that all this time, the Lone Survivor form Fallout 4 is still frozen while the Father, is in teh institute and making Synths, with Nick Valentine investigating the Mysterious Stranger.
Just gotta love the fact Ron Pearlman narrated this for so long. The voice narrating the finely written novel called Fallout
