It always a good day when Momma gets new books and the cats get new “toys.” My cats fully support my BOTM subscription and highly encourage add-ons for the bigger box. Apparently the smaller box is only good for cheek rubs. 🤷🏽♀️😹

So... the series has got to be the green bone saga, right? I also don't like organized crime stories, but I have to say I read Jade City recently and it kept me super engaged - an easy 4-star for me :P
Feeling excited for Evocation, I feel like non-monogamy is starting to be present in more books and I can only be happy about that :P
Yep! I just, I hate them. I hate that organized crime exists, and stories about them bullying people and the uber-masculine nature of it, ugh it just makes me feel bad.
I'm crossing my fingers for Evocation to be more like A Dowry of Blood than the one people have been disliking from her, An Education in Malice.

LOL Green Bone saga….I also hate organized crime stories but book 1 was good. I’m not gonna read the rest but I can at least say that much.
