      I have been personally using a set of WOD Nation resistance bands (2 red, 1 black, 1 purple, 1 green, 1 blue) for almost 2 years and they still feel like they are brand new.

    Nice, is there any way to gauge the level of resistance of a band at hip level in Kilos?

      Athletic Aesthetix Fitness the only way to really know is put a pair of dumbbells where your feet would go and then lift the band up to the height it reaches at full lock out.so if u put 2 20kg dumbbells where ur feet wud go and lift the band, if the dumbbells just move a tiny bit then u know the resistance is 40kg, only real way of knowing.
