Wow, nakakabilib kayo sa inyong paguusap gamit ang wikang Tagalog, wala akong masabi,,,galing galing, saludo ako...andito ako sa UK 🇬🇧
I love how you mixed Spanish words during your Tagalog conversation. :)
Spain invaded the Philippines in 1571 Filipinos have Spanish blood as well some had contact with other countries such as China and Japan etc.
have many dialects depending where they live.
Very impressed with you, Jared, in how you express your thoughts in solid vernacular Filipino in the same way how a local Pinoy speaks. 👏👏👏
both of you are good person..salute you guys
Ayus ang ganda ng pinag usapan niyo migo lami paminawon
I love these two guys. Filipinos love you Joe and Van. Good two couple guys.
Thank you Andrea ❤❤❤
I absolutely love hearing about these stories and listening to these conversations. I'm currently trying to slowly learn Tagalog to avoid burnout and feeling overwhelmed so my significant other and I are integrating Tagalog words bit by bit in our everyday conversations (ex: mahal kita, paalam, salamat, etc.) Whether it's a video or a response, I would appreciate some guidance and insight into you how learned Tagalog. I know having a community/people to speak to in Tagalog is important to actually practice and use what you're learning - I'm blessed to have family I live with who still speak Tagalog fluently. However I'd like to know more about the actual 'studying' side of it. Although everyone has different learning preferences I'd like to know in detail about your process. Did you focus more on vocabulary in general in the beginning or was it learning the grammar that came first and things like that. Thanks :)
Let's go guys...
I've traveled the world and I think the philippines is the weirdest place when it comes to languages, 1) in part because of a very tribal/village culture with so many dialects and 2) in part because it is central to the culture and even considered proper and legal to use whatever word comes first to mind in any random language to include in a filipino sentence and 3) in part because of the mix of catholicism or islam with the native beliefs as a central point of meaning and 4) in part because of the way the nation was passed around from colonialism through the world wars and mixed and matched so many language features... I find filipinos speak english comfortably amongst themselves, especially when people from differing islands are present, and most of them are more comfortable doing formal writing or poetry in English than philippine languages/dialects, but many of them are afraid to speak to foreigners at all and do more giggling than talking when they attempt to do so...
That makes our language that much more unique. It's not just straight forward language compared to other Asian languages. It's a language influenced by our colonial history. Depending on which region you come from dialects & accents vary. The rich diversity of our culture, language, & history makes it much more interesting to learn about.
Very, very nice and accurate observation! 👏👏👏💯💯💯✅✅✅
Wow… I subscribe to both. Pretty awesome! Hello from CA.

Kahangahanga ka nga Iho(jared)kasi di ka pa nakarating sa Pinas.fluent ka n a sa tagalog.ilokano ako pero,nakaintindi r oncsko ng b isaya😊❤.Thank you guys😊
very good 😎😎👍👍
Cebu is the Province the dialect is Bisaya, they just say Cebuano because Bisaya originated in Cebu..They just want to be original, so Bisaya is spoken in Cebu a 100%. Our first Hero is Lapu-Lapu in Mactan Cebu....Proud Bisdak.. 🇵🇭💪
Bisaya is a generalised term for all the dialects in Visayas region. So, Cebuano, Waray and Hiligaynon (includes Ilonggo) are all Bisaya. So, those who speak Hiligaynon also call their dialect Bisaya.
The dominant sub-dialects of Bisaya are Cebuano, Ilonggo and Waray. Bisaya is how Filipinos from other regions such as Ilocos, Bicol, Manila and Mindanao, call those who are from Visayas regions. So, Bisaya is both people and dialect of the Visayas region.
Languages spoken in the Visayas region is collectively known as Bisaya, that includes: Cebuano, Waray-waray, Hiligaynon, etc..
@@Mary-zd8xo Finally someone agree with me, Thank You so much Mary, your explanation is very well written, you must be amazing in History and geography..♥ 🌹
@@ilyrics2775 Thank You so much, I agree with you but to me Bisaya is not a language, it is merely a dialect from the Visayas and Mindanao Regions with borrowed words from each of the Provinces that speaks Bisaya dialects like words with the same meaning but used as different spelling, phrases, intonation, pronounciationand so on, we are all Filipinos our language is only one because it is only one Country the "Philippines", we are all in one umbrella with one race and culture and variety of dialects, Provinces, Islands, and religions. I love the Philippines 🇵🇭...
U forgot dalaguete speaks different:) lol
