I’m vegan and feel great because I put a little effort into learning about vegan nutrition and added a few specific foods into my diet to ensure I am getting my nutrition right…it honestly was pretty easy 🤷🏼♀️
Well said 😊 ...15 years as of this November, and have enjoyed learning, and it's funny because I have always had mostly non-vegan friends, who appreciate that I know so much about nutrition; and come to me for compassion, and information. Yet, vegans are unrealistic? No folks, many of us are thriving long term, and living our lives (somehow not on a pedestal) 🎉
Why can’t people say “I tried to be Vegan but it didn’t work for me.” Why must they trash talk a way of life that works for some and not for others? Totally agree with you said. Good info.
Because if one were to replace “vegan” with “compassion” or “nonviolence” then one sounds like a scoundrel. And one feels one needs a very serious publicly proclaimed justification for deciding to make choices that lead to violence and bloodshed. They don’t really care about the animals enough. But they want to still present themselves as caring, compassionate people who just have no choice but to contribute to violence against sentient beings - violence they would never want committed against their own pets.
@@gemmalocatelli5916 It seems that you've missed tons of comments and images that say opposite 😒 With lil research you'll find your claim to be inaccurate. Peace out & cheers to Foodie path without Carcass pieces & no secretions from other species 🙂
I am in my early 60’s. I have been Whole Foods, plant based for over 16 years and vegetarian for 12 years before that. When I went vegan I had normal menstrual cycles for the first time in my life. Menopause was a breeze. I am healthy and physically active and expect to be for years to come. I am beginning to suspect an industry influence behind so many of the types of videos like you shared. I am not normally a suspicious persons but we are living in strange times. Thanks for the video exposing such misinformation.
I had zero menopause symptoms being whole foods plant based. I hear women complain all the time about hot flashes, moods etc but I have none of it. 🤷🏼♀️
I am naturally a cynical person and I agree with you that there is industry influence behind so many of the types of videos. The dairy industry and factory farms are terrrified of vegans.
do more responses to these type of videos. I actually got sent this video from a friend and it was pretty obnoxious. A lot of these "influencers" who went vegan and failed never show why they failed, it's always the fault of the entire diet lmaoo.
I am from Jakarta - Indonesia, 55 yrs old and went vegan for more than 2 yrs. I feel great and physically active running and bicyling 2 or 3 times a week. My cholesterol level is better than before.........compassion towards animals
LOL it's like my story 5 years ago. I was vegetarian for 10 years and then vegan for 5 years. Then I started feeling depression, anxiety and got pms, dark circles, all the stuff. My family convinced me it's because of my diet. I stopped being vegan for 4 years, nothing changed except I gained 35% more weight and stopped going outside. At some point I went to the psychiatric center and told there I don't want to live anymore. I have been in the therapy for a year now. I stopped talking to my toxic family, and turns out it works way better than any diet to remove my depression, anxiety and dark circles under my eyes. Being vegan, happy and grooving for 6 months again now and won't want to miss the feeling of being hungry instead of feeling stuffed against my will because of society expectations. So my HINT FOR 1000000$: if you feel depressed, tired and anxious, go to the psychotherapist first with that problem before you go to your dietitian.
10 Random Reasons Why I’m Vegan - In An Infinitely Long List: 1 I’m vegan because I don’t want to be mean to any animals: not to dogs, pigs, cats, cows, chickens, turkeys, lambs, rabbits, or anyone at all! 2. I’m vegan because I like to help the environment by not depleting the oceans of fish or to take the whales out, and force them to do tricks in swimming pools. 3. I’m vegan because I don’t want to pay anyone to burn down the rain forests to grow crops for cows who we created in the first place. I’d rather that people not rape cows into existence to begin with. I’d rather eat the plants directly instead of filtering them through an innocent animal who doesn’t deserve to die. 4. I’m vegan because I don’t want to pay anyone to pin down mother cows & force them to be pregnant and then to kidnap their baby boy cow for the purpose of murdering them, just so people can steal their milk and sell it in stores to use for their taste pleasure. 5. I’m vegan because, I don’t feel right eating bacon, sausage or ham, because that means paying people in the pork industry to cut the tails, testicles & teeth off baby boy pigs & kill them at just 6 months old. I just don’t want anyone to do that to them. 6. I’m vegan because I don’t want to just say that I think animals have moral value; I also want to show it with my actions. 7. I’m vegan because if you were the victim, I’d also protect you. 8. I’m vegan because I don’t believe that anyone’s eating disorder is ever the animals’ fault. Whether someone is overweight or underweight, because of psychological trauma, essentially, these are merely THINKING disorders, which a therapist can help someone overcome. There is never a justification to kill an animal just because of one’s own erroneous thoughts. 9. I’m vegan because I learned that eating eggs is unnecessary and that the baby boy chicks are being suffocated with their brothers in large plastic bags or macerated in giant bloody blenders just because they will never grow up to be able to lay eggs. 10. I’m vegan because I believe in telling the truth, in learning, and in trying to undo the harm I did in the past and because, even though I will never be perfect, being vegan is such an easy way to do my best, to live my life in line with my own morals.
One of my favorite philosophical icons talked a lot about the importance of deviant thought and authentic self expression. Thinking independent from dominant cultural perspectives to form your OWN perspective that is true to your subjective experience of reality is crucial for a quality, full human experience. It is no scam to take an honest inner look at ourselves to determine what we do and do not believe in, nor to reflect on the inconsistencies between our conviction and action. Living authentically is a sometimes lonely or challenging task when it happens to deviate from the popular cultural bubbles we live within. Some people are merely unprepared for the consequences of such a human experience, and they can sometimes choose to blame outside sources, rather than recognize their own personal failures, ignorance, or limitations. Easier to blame veganism in this particular context. Lol
I've been following you since the first day you started experimenting with a vegan diet for acne. In all honesty, I didn't expect you would have come this far. You've seriously become my favorite vegan advocate, hands down!
It's been a long road! And I don't think really anyone would've expected me to stick to it when I first started (remember the gallon of milk and 4 potatoes/4 chicken thighs dinners?) Glad I did though!

YES!!! Thank you for this! Considering, just from a dietary standpoint, it was approved and recommended by my endocrinologist, rheumatologist and primary care doctor, I think I will keep doing what I am doing!
Thank you for another awesome video! You are completely right! Most people want to put minimal effort & expect maximum results, they have zero accountability
Halle-freaking-lujah! I agree with you 100%. I've been vegan for 13 years and I've been perfectly healthy. I've noticed so many influencers this past year promoting animal-based diets. Eating raw organ meats and drinking raw cow's milk. Plant-based was a trend for a lot of these people and now it seems like this is a new trend they are hopping on. Rather than doing what actually feels good and eating whole foods plant-based, they just follow the crowd and current trends. Even when I did eat meat, I HATED organ meats...I don't know how these people are eating raw organs 🤮 Sucks because a lot of people are influenced by these creators -.-
I stopped being vegan after 5 years because the last two years I ate like shit, a year and a half later, I’m returning back to plant based, I’m not sure if I’ll be 100% but these anti vegans are insane. But i feel much worse a year after consuming meat and dairy again
16 years vegetarian to junk food vegan to WFPB now. Menopause was super simple for me. When everyone has seasonal flus, I do not get sick. I eat a ton of fruits. More than anything else. I eat a lot of tofu too. Not much of beans/grains, no gluten. I sleep deep, wake early, do not have the normal aches and pains other non wfpb middle aged friends have. The more raw fruits, the better I feel. ❤️ my teeth are fine, hair not falling out, skin clear and soft, I will stick with WFPB forever.
@@BrianTurnerOfficial Thanks man I appreciate that! Before I used to feel really lethargic and couldn't maintain my energy long enough to even play a standard basketball game. I was skinny fat and had weak limbs with most of my weight in my abdominal area.
I do wish it was more afforable to get blood tests done, not that that's a vegan/vegetarian specific things, but it can be hard to know what you're missing if you don't have afforable healthcare
My first reaction when she brought up the beyond burgers, which, coincidentally, I just finished eating, was meat industry propaganda. Beef is loaded with chemicals that aren't even on the label. About the depression, I was vegan for 6.5 years then I became pescatarian. 2-3 meals a week are seafood and the rest of the time, it's 100% plant based. I never felt depression on the vegan diet. A little over a year after eating fish and shrimp, I developed depression pretty fierce which thankfully cleared up completely with antidepressants but if we're going on anecdotal hearsay well there's some that counters that assertion. That's not the only thing. Just about every time I have fish or shrimp I get mildly constipated. It's not like those vegan BMs which slide right out, clean break within 30 seconds of sitting on the can. Not to be gross. So there's something amiss with having animal ingredients in the diet. I can tell you that much.
Game changer was really a vegan/plant base propaganda. Even the producers admitted it. Its also unfair to say vegans who tried the diet for many years and took many supplements to say they didnt it right. Not all way of eating will suit all people. Some will thrive some just wont. My daughter tried it, ate healthy vegetables, legumes and supplements that was recommended, she didnt last long as she became physically weaker, had falling hair, weak nails, etc. And no, my daughter was not eating less calorie and was not eating crap vegan foods and was not exercising. I dont agree with seed oils also. Its ultra processes with hexane( a solvent) and oxidizes faster. You are also criticizing vegan processed products that vegan influencers are promoting. Lol
Vegan for 13 years and all the meat eaters in my mma/jujitsu class enthusiastically wants to spar with a “protein deficit vegan” 🤔 and they have a hard time getting the best of me. I’ve told no one that I’m a vegan but I’m sure most guys wouldn’t believe me or would be depressed that a vegan sparked them lol 🤷🏾♂️
@@BrianTurnerOfficial I’m pretty sure I am but inevitably the vegan conversation will come up at some point, like when we travel for tournaments and stop for food, so I’ll let you know their reaction lol I’m sure it will mostly positive, everyone is pretty chill
Vegan for over 6 years and thriving! Describing every issue that meat eater’s come across and then just add in the phrase “veganism” did this to me. Doesn’t prove that eating a vegan diet did it to you.🙄 Great response video brotha!👏🏽🌱💪🏽
Im a vegan power lifter. I used to eat fully Whole Foods vegan. It was great, but it was difficult to hit protein and overall caloric needs without overdoing it on fiber. I added in fake meats and less whole foods and strength/size has gone up. Not saying vegan meats are healthier but they’re not bad.

I think the animal agriculture industry pays these people to do these videos. Otherwise why would they trash the lifestyle? BTW, I’ve been vegan nearly 4 years now and have more energy than ever before!
I've been vegan for 16 years. OMG! What am I doing wrong?? None of what she says has happend to me. Not hungry all the time, no bloating, no bruising, etc. etc.
Idk, I tried WFPB with occasional wildcaught salmon( like once every 3 weeks) for around 2 years. Even went HC for awhile with Esselstyns diet since that seems to be what most of those vegan experts seem to set their healthclaims on. It was pretty much the worst I've felt in my entire life. I'd be overstuffed, yet hungry, my brain just wouldn't shutup about food. Similar to when you eat like a chocolate bar and cookies, soon after you still want to eat something "normal". That's how I was feeling the majority of the time 1 1/2 years in. After 2 years I gave up, went straight into meat, eggs, dairy and butter. And god within 4-5days all my hunger and uneaseness was gone. Sleep great, recovery great. And the best is my brain isn't asking me about food all the time. I eat high kcal nutrientdense foods, I can eat and go straight do things instead of stuffing myself with 1kg of a plate just to be nauseous for the next 2h when I've to eat again lol I'm still delusionally trying to hold on to wfpb as much as I can tho, cause well.. after you read so much science it's hard to think they are so wrong about this. But the more I stray away from what's supposed to be so good for us, the better I just feel. Which is frankly insanely annoying
Veganism does take a little effort to learn but there is so many resources online making it easy to go Vegan. Simply something ike adding shitake mushrooms which has all 9 essential aminos can help your diet grately and if you don't like that how about some liquid aminos.

Hello, non-vegan here! While I have not been able to make the commitment to become vegan, I have completely cut out red meats and dairy products. Because of this I typically look for vegan options when shopping and eating out. It’s so interesting what articles and videos I have found bashing vegan diets and how almost all the comments disagree with the content. The negativity and assumptions around me for cutting these foods out feels so out of left field. My friends assume I’m on a diet, trying not to cheat, and then try to convince me “well you can just have one bite?” Red meat and dairy products cause me an intense amount of pain when I eat them. After cutting them out I have felt tremendously better. It’s weird how so many people try to push me to eat these food and how it is apparently more nutritious and tell me veganism as a whole is not good for you. I don’t care how much they think I want cheese, I’d rather not eat then be pushed to eat something that causes me pain.
"you can have just one bite right?" that line resonated so much with me, I've heard that about a million times! Well I'm stoked youre moving more towards a plant based diet! Don't let your friends or anyone tell you how you should live your life!

Started my vegan journey when i was about 12yrs old and now almost 27 , people often say that i look like I'm still 18. Never had a sick day or anything that compromised my daily life. Over the years of refining and researching about what my body needs i realized that alot of people are just misinformed or clueless of what nutrition is. Some people don't even drink water 🤣 so i take what people say about veganism and try to bash it with a grain of salt. I'm not against any beliefs, i just know what worked for me!

Great video! There’s an influx of disingenuous claims of being Vegan from carnivores, then some Vegans dislike Vegans who are health conscious and claim they aren’t Vegan but only Plant-Based.
I find baffling vegans that dislike health conscious vegans. Of course we are vegans for the animals, not for health reasons, but staying healthy is key to keep being vegan for the animals, or you might end up like the people of these type of no-longer vegan videos. A sustainable generally healthy vegan diet is the only way to sustainably help more animals.
32 years not eating animals and in my 40's, I'm in better health than any of my family at the same age. The suggestion from some of these ex vegans that they've had health issues after a couple of years sounds like nonsense.
What most anti vegans refuse to say or admit is that there are animals (that they eat) who live entirely off of a whole food plant based diet. And, those animals are not protein deficient!
I like these videos, and I support you! This is crazy, and she just seems like she wants to make a video! Veganism seems to work great for us! No problems at all!
On one hand, Mr Turner, I would join you and easily agree with everything you say. On the other hand with the law of attraction in mind, this would be giving a lot of energy on an unwanted subject. Abraham Hicks once answered Esther who asked what she must do on observing all the injustices in the world. Their reply was to give full focus upon the world as beautiful as she can imagine it - and don't look back.
You hit the nail on the head when you said that "most" people don't do it for the right reason, but I think it goes beyond just being vegan. Purpose and intent are both huge things that people will not disclose to you, because they don't want you to know the truth. Like if she said her purpose was to be healthier, she would have sought a healthy diet. If her intent was to promote helping the environment, she would have just stated the facts, that a lot of the food and water is spent on feeding livestock, where it would be better utilized to feed others in poorer countries. Vegan or not, people are never honest with their purpose and intent, so I'm glad that at least Brian is honest about why he's here.

5. I just don’t want anyone to do that to them. 6. I’m vegan because I don’t want to just say that I think animals have moral value; I also want to show it with my actions. 7. I’m vegan because I believe in telling the truth, in learning, and in trying to undo the harm I did in the past and because, even though I will never be perfect, being vegan is such an easy way to do my best, to live my life in line with my own morals.
Vegans always consider the animals first. If you say you tried a vegan diet and say it didn't "work for you" your intentions weren't right to begin with. You make the diet work for you. Morality is actively practiced , same with nutrition. It's called being a responsible person, put in the work!
I really appreciate Brian and his content, but he missed a good bit of nuance here. People CAN thrive on a WFPB vegan diet, but it doesn't necessarily mean everyone can in this point in time. We live in a society where if you're under the age of 45ish in the US or Canada, basically all of your grain and much of your veg-based food was sprayed with glyphosate. We have an entire generation of people who are dealing with gut dysbiosis and permeable gut, which is only exacerbated by eating things like seitan, wheats, grains, and in some cases legumes. Not to mention the asinine health properties of "impossible meats" and the like that awful for you. Dr. B talks on this extensively and he is a vegan himself. There's A LOT of people who cannot tolerate grains and uncooked fiber rich veggies due to decades of mistreatment of their gut doing what "they thought was healthy". Why alienate and bully a single person (this isn't your typical style, Brian), when it's not a problem with her specifically, but rather the our entire food system. I just don't get it dude. Flies to honey - not vinegar, bro.

4years vegan. It’s been a process learning what the evidence says about nutrition. Most people don’t put in the effort to educate themselves about nutrition. At the end of the day. Do your research and make up your own mind. The science is solid. Question these industries because they don’t care about your health. They care about money. It’s all marketing.

vegan since 2012 in my 50s and happy. Spent most my life vegetarian on off all as an athlete because of academia and peer pressure to eat meat etc. I have pet birds instead of dogs (ducks and chooks -they are now getting ready for sleep time in my office). I always find it hilarious the content creators or those who attack being vegan 99% of the time have zero training or working history in dietetics which shows in the lack of their vocabular and understanding of nutrient interactions. Often they are just hating on someone who can survive on less with the grocery bill and that dont feel the need to sacrifice animals ooga booga as they... :) Raven

I wish I can like this video a 10000 times so more people can see this. These vegan scam videos make me laugh with all the misinformed information. Thanks Brian for another great video.
As a vegan myself nothing she mentioned happened to me my friends and family always tell ah come on have a bite you would die😂 and bro how did you clear your acne scars? My acne is gone but I have small dip scars

I get the normal piss taken out of me by people. The lettuce 🥬 jokes 🙄I just ignore it 😂I don’t care what others do. I at that point in life where I am like. I use to tell people my findings and preach almost to now just giving my reasons for being vegan and if people start with the hate. I just say look you do you I will do me, I don’t care you asked you don’t have to justify it too me 🤷🏻♀️lol
Even when I ate meat again(my Dr. Blamed my smaller frame and a mutated gene that caused me to be extremely anemic on being vegan. Didn't find out the other stuff until way later) I didn't drink milk, eat eggs or pork. Even now that I eat chicken and eggs because of being very low income to where I just eat what the food pantry gives me, I miss being vegan so much. I miss it, I felt sooo much better than I do now. I've never felt as happy and great as when I was vegan.
Don't blame your finances for killing animals. I have been totally broke and living out of my car, and still happily vegan. Not for one second did I ever consider consuming an animal. I would dumpster dive for food sometimes, and there were many treasures still fresh. You can also look up Food Not Bombs, which rescues millions of pounds of produce every year to give out free to anyone who needs it. They're one of many vegan community food share programs. You can do an online search for your area. I also used a food pantry for a bit and enjoyed their free peanut butter and saltines crackers. Not one animal was consumed. You can seach youtube or google for "vegan for cheap" or "low budget vegan recipe". You can make seitan only with flour. Please stop telling us what you miss or what you wish, and get resourceful for the animals.
Just so everyone is aware: there actually IS a coordinated effort from the meat, dairy, egg, and fish industries to sponsor social influencers to push industry talking points. Tell this to all your anticapitalist friends who say “there’s no ethical consumption under capitalism.”
@@BrianTurnerOfficial yep! Just watched it the other day! Super shady. Explains why the same exact phrases keep getting recycled over and over. Reminds me of the oil and cigarette companies of yesteryear.
Well said!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I also see an issue with too many people thinking these ‘meat analogs’ are supposed to be their main protein. It’s processed “food”, not meant to be eaten all the time, and should actually be used when transitioning the diet. There’s way better things to maintain the diet afterwards 🌱🥜🫘🌯🥗🥙🍓🫐
Hey Brian, as a vegan for 5 years myself I was always against these people that seem like they just didn't really think enough about their nutrition. But recently there was an example where a person is a vegan blogger herself and she was vegan for a longer time and she slowly got a really foggy and bad memory. After eating some eggs for a while it got a lot better and when she stopped eating eggs again because she wants to be vegan it came back again. Now we could discuss what she exactly was missing in her diet plan but the fact of the matter is that nutrition science is really complex and it has a lot to do with genetics. I'm not saying they are all correct and they wouldnt be able to fix their nutrition while still being on a vegan diet but in some cases it can really be genetically necessary to eat some animal products. Just be careful to call them out when they might actually be deficient on a vegan diet even if they made a lot of research.
No. It is definitely not "genetically necessary" to eat the unfertilized eggs from another species. Or the mammary secretions of another species. A blogger is not a doctor or a scientist, and her youtube videos are not science. She was eating poorly as a vegan and didn't give a damn about animals.
The only thing I'd add, as a Clinical Psychologist, don't use heavy terms like narcissistic. You need a proper diagnosis, a lot of therapy to be certain. These anti-vegans are uneducated, unaware, selfish and disconnected from reality and consequences tho :p
I’m vegan and feel great because I put a little effort into learning about vegan nutrition and added a few specific foods into my diet to ensure I am getting my nutrition right…it honestly was pretty easy 🤷🏼♀️
Well said 😊
...15 years as of this November, and have enjoyed learning, and it's funny because I have always had mostly non-vegan friends, who appreciate that I know so much about nutrition; and come to me for compassion, and information. Yet, vegans are unrealistic? No folks, many of us are thriving long term, and living our lives (somehow not on a pedestal) 🎉
Almost 20 years a vegan. No problem, just getting better and better as I am learning more about healthy foods and healthy living.
That’s amazing! Congrats and thanks for sharing 👏🏼🙏🏼
Same here, I think I'm in year 32.
My husband and I are at 20 years. I also had three vegan pregnancies and raising our kids vegan.
@@randomname4726 Wow! That's great! Congrats!
Why can’t people say “I tried to be Vegan but it didn’t work for me.” Why must they trash talk a way of life that works for some and not for others? Totally agree with you said. Good info.
Cause they make much more money off this propaganda
Because if one were to replace “vegan” with “compassion” or “nonviolence” then one sounds like a scoundrel. And one feels one needs a very serious publicly proclaimed justification for deciding to make choices that lead to violence and bloodshed.
They don’t really care about the animals enough. But they want to still present themselves as caring, compassionate people who just have no choice but to contribute to violence against sentient beings - violence they would never want committed against their own pets.
Well it doenst work long term for anyone ... lol
I am not normally a suspicious persons but we are living in strange times. Thanks for the video exposing such misinformation.

Good for you 👍
LOL it's like my story 5 years ago.

If she really had these problems that I feel sorry for her. I'm glad I looked into nutrition from day 1 and don't have any problems (8 years later).
You can eat a crappy diet as a non vegan and as a committed vegan!! You need to eat a well rounded nutrient wise diet no matter what you choose!!❤

YES!!! Thank you for this! Considering, just from a dietary standpoint, it was approved and recommended by my endocrinologist, rheumatologist and primary care doctor, I think I will keep doing what I am doing!
I have been Vegan for 25 years.

8 years vegan here. Perfect blood tests. There absolutely are efforts to fight the vegan movement. Keep up the great content bro
Me sitting here 9 years later, vegan, shredded, and completed a Spartan Trifecta for the first time 🤷🏾♂️
Congrats 👏🏼 that’s awesome!
I’m curious, how were you performing as an athlete before veganism compared to now?
@@BrianTurnerOfficial Thanks man I appreciate that! Before I used to feel really lethargic and couldn't maintain my energy long enough to even play a standard basketball game. I was skinny fat and had weak limbs with most of my weight in my abdominal area.
Could you share your diet?
I never heard of Spartan before your comment but I just looked it up, looks awesome. That would be a great goal! I'm really out of shape.
I do wish it was more afforable to get blood tests done, not that that's a vegan/vegetarian specific things, but it can be hard to know what you're missing if you don't have afforable healthcare
I love your content TRULY! I just can’t believe what ppl do for views(like what she does)
My first reaction when she brought up the beyond burgers, which, coincidentally, I just finished eating, was meat industry propaganda.
Lol
On my 14th year of being an ethical vegan! Vegan for LIFE!
Well spoken, Brian!

hair is looking great Brian you growing it out again?! :D
Hi uncle Braine I love you
I don't care what they think. It's my choice to not eat meat.
Thank you Brian!!!

Then, baby, I'm a scam arteest! 😎
I eat high kcal nutrientdense foods, I can eat and go straight do things instead of stuffing myself with 1kg of a plate just to be nauseous for the next 2h when I've to eat again lol
I'm still delusionally trying to hold on to wfpb as much as I can tho, cause well.. after you read so much science it's hard to think they are so wrong about this. But the more I stray away from what's supposed to be so good for us, the better I just feel. Which is frankly insanely annoying
not eating enough/decent vareity of foods...

My friends assume I’m on a diet, trying not to cheat, and then try to convince me “well you can just have one bite?”
Red meat and dairy products cause me an intense amount of pain when I eat them.

Great to see your still such a well spoken advocate for veganism.

I know this girl's videos haha she's always very sarcastic about alot of things so hard to know what to take her seriously on
Vegans always consider the animals first. If you say you tried a vegan diet and say it didn't "work for you" your intentions weren't right to begin with. You make the diet work for you. Morality is actively practiced , same with nutrition. It's called being a responsible person, put in the work!
Well said!

10 Random Reasons Why I’m Vegan - In An Infinitely Long List:
1 I’m vegan because I don’t want to be mean to any animals: not to dogs, pigs, cats, cows, chickens, turkeys, lambs, rabbits, or anyone at all!
10. I’m vegan because I believe in telling the truth, in learning, and in trying to undo the harm I did in the past and because, even though I will never be perfect, being vegan is such an easy way to do my best, to live my life in line with my own morals.🍠
Saying that the plant based food industry is a part of a conspiracy is really funny. Like they just learned how the food system works yesterday.
If her diet since veganism is so much more healthful, why does she speak in a way that sounds like her soul has left her body?

4years vegan. It’s been a process learning what the evidence says about nutrition. Most people don’t put in the effort to educate themselves about nutrition. At the end of the day. Do your research and make up your own mind. The science is solid. Question these industries because they don’t care about your health. They care about money. It’s all marketing.

Based Brian.
You should maybe look up Dr Alice Brough, the Vegan Pig Vet. She's talked about anti vegan work groups in the meat industry.

Lmao is there a line you call into to let them know you started being vegan and then you quit? 😂😂😂 84% is very specific
Exactly 🤣 a census poll for ex-veganism
@@BrianTurnerOfficial you can’t make this stuff up. Oh wait, she did. 🤣🤣🤣
vegan since 2012 in my 50s and happy. :) Raven

Hi... I'm high.. I'm a recovering omnivore.. and an omnivore diet supposedly killed me..
And no you can't question what I'm saying.. cuz i couldn't be making all this up ..
I get a vibe that she's very depressed and needs attention. Aside from that, I'll let everyone else analyze her claims.
I wish I can like this video a 10000 times so more people can see this. These vegan scam videos make me laugh with all the misinformed information. Thanks Brian for another great video.
Awww thanks Jennifer :) did you see today’s instagrams post? If you liked this you’ll LOVE that 😅😂
As a vegan myself nothing she mentioned happened to me my friends and family always tell ah come on have a bite you would die😂 and bro how did you clear your acne scars? My acne is gone but I have small dip scars
10 years vegan,
It reversed anemia, pms, severe cramps, for me.

Paid trolls are a real thing. I think she is being paid to make those videos.
Is it just me or is her video trying to look like some kind of mind control 😂. Her tone of voice, those trippy stars!!!
the audio is really friggen weirding me out, man. i honestly kinda feel like "Shannen" here might be an AI generated creation.
🌱❤️👍
Just so everyone is aware: there actually IS a coordinated effort from the meat, dairy, egg, and fish industries to sponsor social influencers to push industry talking points.
Tell this to all your anticapitalist friends who say “there’s no ethical consumption under capitalism.”

I saw happy healthy made a video on this subject, I gotta give it a look
@@BrianTurnerOfficial yep! Just watched it the other day! Super shady. Explains why the same exact phrases keep getting recycled over and over. Reminds me of the oil and cigarette companies of yesteryear.
Well said!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I also see an issue with too many people thinking these ‘meat analogs’ are supposed to be their main protein.
She's wrong, it's actually 84.3%. #Facts
