Yes, I always offer encouragement to other men and women who aren't as "fit" as myself... I am currently taking classes at a bootcamp and needless to say we are all at different levels... I always cheer everyone on! Lots of sweat, smile and positive talks! I chuckle at myself at not being at my best right now... and pushing each session to do better. I let myself stay motivated by my own efforts and having the knowledge that as I lose weight and get stronger, the various exercises will not be as difficult as they currently are. Yes, its important to KEEP going..no matter what! I am excited that I have moved beyond the sore phrase.... : ) Great reminder!!

If I go after class that's when EVERYBODY is at the gym and you can barley do anything. Definitely needed some motivation! Getting ready and going to the gym now before class!

You probably make them feel happy when you give the overweight exercisers encouragement. They probably hear people make fun of them all the time which is so sad. You look amazing - not only thin but also healthy-looking too! Blessings to you.

I did 120 flights of stairs on the stair master today. Also kicked a soccer ball around with my friend today. :) 92 pounds gone for GOOD.
