    Yes, I always offer encouragement to other men and women who aren't as "fit" as myself... I am currently taking classes at a bootcamp and needless to say we are all at different levels... I always cheer everyone on! Lots of sweat, smile and positive talks!
    I chuckle at myself at not being at my best right now... and pushing each session to do better. I let myself stay motivated by my own efforts and having the knowledge that as I lose weight and get stronger, the various exercises will not be as difficult as they currently are. Yes, its important to KEEP going..no matter what! I am excited that I have moved beyond the sore phrase.... : )

    This was just what I needed this morning! We were taught to find the silliest things funny as kids but you would think as grown ups we we would know better. My goal is to start running this year. Once the semester is over I'm going to begin couch to 5k. Tfs, God bless.

    They laugh at you for being overweight and when you try to better yourself and your health they laugh even harder you just cant win with some people

    I do the same thing! If i see them looking defeated I shoot them a smile with 👍👍👍and a keep pushing. Thank you for continuing to post because some days I wanna give up too. I know it can get rough but i keep going and now the hard work is paying off.

    I have class today at 1 and I try to wake up early enough to get up and get ready for the gym, but I lose motivation and don't go. If I go after class that's when EVERYBODY is at the gym and you can barley do anything. Definitely needed some motivation! Getting ready and going to the gym now before class!

    I'm going to come back tomorrow and post whether I started or not.
    I have no aspirations to run. There is an exercise that I've seen people do but I don't know what it's called. They start out standing up in what I'll call a frame; then they brace themselves and lift both legs up at the same time - I guess a standing crunch. That is my goal.

    You probably make them feel happy when you give the overweight exercisers encouragement. They probably hear people make fun of them all the time which is so sad. You look amazing - not only thin but also healthy-looking too! Blessings to you.

    I did 120 flights of stairs on the stair master today. Also kicked a soccer ball around with my friend today. :) 92 pounds gone for GOOD.

    sometimes I feel so defeated but came long way. I feel bad because I want to run and feel I'm still to heavy. I think because I'm bottom heavy. I have not hit my goaled and I started at 457 and at 197. I feel like still can't run.
