- Hi Everyone, We've bought a house in Mexico and here's the first look. This is the condition we found it in. I think we had rose colored glasses on when we first looked at it because we thought it just needed a good cleaning and some paint. LOL. But the opposite is the case. Join us along this journey to renovate this house.

It's a very interesting house and I can see why you like it. Who was your realtor and who was your lawyer for this purchase. We want to buy in Merida but have not yet found a realtor or lawyer.
Hey. So we used Colm with Mexico International as our real estate agent and Luis with Ballote and associates for our attorney. We were happy with both, especially given the fact that the seller was in CDMX and we were in North Carolina during the transaction. It went very smooth and closed very quickly.
If Colm is too busy we have gotten to know other agents as well. Nicholas Sanders and Neil Mandel are good agents too.

how come a lot of white people move to Merida Mexico? what were yalls reason in moving to Mexico and not another part of america?
