💯 accurate. I joined a gym because I felt brain fog and had low energy and motivation. It's changed me so much in the past 3 months. My brain is clearer, my energy is increasing and I sleep better. Now I can create music again and work on life goals and follow them through. It started with physiology because I didn't have to think to exercise, I could just do it! Sweated the toxicities out of my body and now the gym is a necessity I will keep in my life forever.
I would say to walk/hike/run/rollerskate etc. in nature. Not every gym is a relaxed place, and can have more negative than positive effect on people in an unstable psychological state. Second "Ikigai"; try to imagine how your satisfactory/happier life would look like in detail. And that doesn't mean 'I want more' anything materialistic... To work together in silence with your inner architect isn't easy! This requires time, thorough research of your mental archive... If possible try to work a bit less in order to give yourself the opportunity to start thinking more clearly. What worked for me was building with the following foundation in mind: 'not what I can get from the world, but what I can give to the world, what does the world would like me doing to make it a better place' Love is the answer!
I experienced Tony Robbins live priming and meditation exercise in Germany 2019. I do this every morning to prime my physiology. Also changing my neuro associations and beliefs changed my life. Thanks Tony! ☄️
I'd say break the negative feedback loops with positive feedback loops. The best advice that I have tried and felt the biggest impact is do the most important things and things you don't want to do in the day first thing in the morning. That way you have the rest of the day with a positive feedback loop that encourages you to believe in yourself more and more and it breaks the negative feedback loop near the end of your day and laying it bed thinking you didn't do enough with your day and you keep repeating this cycle again and again.
The physiology thing is true for anytime you're experiencing a rush of anxious thoughts and worries as well. Always deal with the emotion first. Once you emotionally regulate yourself, then you can start thinking and processing those thoughts. But you don't want to do that in the immediate flood of all those anxious thoughts and feelings.
Totally agree. Thinking will not get you out of that hole. Intermittent um..forget what it's called high intensity interval something.... you basically go for a walk and do a sprint and omg thay did so much for me. Running feels so good when you have anxiety..and theres a whole hormone cycle that happens which means you go from anxious to running to calming down at the end. Now if I actually get properly anxious confused paralysed I just stop everything and run. Just 30 seconds even ...literally I run down the road and around the corner and by the time I'm getting near the end of the estate to the feilds I'm a) tired and b) my mind is relieved and looking at the nice sky feilds etc. And then I stroll down the path with the feilds and think again about the anxious thoughts or whatever problem was paralysing me and it all makes sense suddenly. I could sit and write and think ans cry for days and months on end and it doesnt do as much s going for thay short little terrified run@
Oh no you defo do it in the flood. You do it then and there ...I mean in a safe place. If you cant run outside you do something like jumping Jack's. Absolutely that's when to do it. It totally resets.
@mikeorr9533 100 percent. I cant do qhole body but I start at my feet and hands in the shower and go as far as I can and then a tiny bit further which is bloody painful but I just do it for a second.. then do it again and then I can leave it for a few seconds. Then I smash my face then I'm done in the shower. I dont let myself get really cold. But it's also great for my joint pain it feels like I'm walking on warm squishy feet all day after I do it. And it cycles the hormones the same way intermittent intense thingy does. It makes you kinda get a rush while you're doing it but afterwards you feel so in your body and chilled later. It's worth a try and very instant effect. The high intensities intervals training takes a while to see an effect for me anyway. Havent done any of these things for months tbh so I'm gonna splash my face right now. Boom! 54321!! Do it!

Great advice, once I start doing things and moving around I start feeling better about myself, I get what I need to get done ✅ Fresh air is a great idea too, it does help me think clearly,Tony is the best,
@TRG-LifestyleGani I try to go to sleep at 9, although I don't always make it. Sometimes, I wake at 5:30 if I go to bed later. I feel so much better when I wake early, but my internal alarm clock doesn't give up! It does get frustrating when I get up earlier than 4!
@@stacielivinthedream8510 that’s good man . I am struggling to get up those hours as you can pack in so many things in the morning. Has it brought more energy, happiness, good health and money for you ?
This is how cold showers work too. Andrew huberman talks about it with David Goggins. There’s a party of your brain that grows when you do stuff that’s of your comfort zone
That's my worst problem, I really struggle with body weight although I never used to have this much of a problem with it and I am in my mid 20's, supposed to be in my prime, instead I'm constantly ashamed of myself and fear for getting worse because I can't stop

I’ve got blood cancer, chronic back pain from a hit and run, on SS disability, Depressed, anxious about my future, and cash broke (Ex got the money, I got the house). I am so Lost.
Thank you for sharing your situation. I'm feeling lost too. Depression, anxiety, unemployed, live with family.... I don't know how to turn things around. I'm going to focus on just trying my best for now. I'm not giving up or giving in. I believe I can change things with God's help. And I believe that you can too. Do you know Jesus?
It doesnt work if you do things randomly too. You will get some physical success but not mental. I really enjoy doing pull ups and handstands but they aren't out of my comfort zone. I feel better before, During, and After doing them. But I suck at being consistent I'm more consistently random
