Thanks for the wonderful tips. I really appreciate that you go straight to the point, give just the right amount of info to each tip, and also deliver them like a pro public speaker. It's such a breath of fresh air. I also like that you asked for a like and subscription at the end of the video. Too many people nowadays ask for both before they even show any valuable content in their video, which makes no sense whatsoever. I was glad that you did otherwise, and I was happy to give you both a like and a subscription. The world needs more content creators like you
I kid you not, I sat outsides Claude’s house the first couple of in game days and memorised the fact he leaves at 1:40-50 ish I COULD HAVE CHECKED THE MAP!?
Amazing video!! I'm definitely noting down all the tips you kindly shared to all of us, I'm sure they're gonna be more than helpful ☺ Just subscribed and I'll gladly wait for more Sun Haven content coming from you!
I had no idea about the barn + animal thing!!! I was wondering why Kitty's animals all got to graze every day, and I was always afraid something would come and eat my animals haha. I'll put them in a fence anyways since it looks nicer, but thanks for the tip!!
There's no predators, and animals and pets seem to be tethered to a radius from where you drop them so they hang out in that general area. But yeah a fence adds some better vibes haha.
For the men looking to play with their significant other, I can strongly recommend this game as it perfectly fits both comfy gameplay for the girls just as the "grind and farm" gameplay for the boys!:)
I played on PC with K&M so I can't speak too heavily on steamdeck. I tried using an Xbox controller briefly and found the controller support to be lackluster. But I hear other people have enjoyed the Steamdeck controls. YMMV but you may want to look into more opinions before you buy!
Lol, yeah since you can uproot dead crops for seeds there's no reason to clear out your crops before they die. I don't know if it was a bug or luck but I had a single green bean plant hold on to life for the entire first year of my game. I was absolutely rolling in beans.
Personally Sun Haven is basically to me Rune Factory meets Stardew Valley, SDV due to the reliance of pixel art, Rune Factory due to the magic and crafting system however it isnt as hella complex as Rune Factory (which looks complex outside but once you get the rhythm you will always bemoan how you arent getting level 10 stuff that you want) I tried an earlier build and I personally didnt like how it was more SDV at least the finalized post EA build is infact a better build but still a bit limiting
I've heard great things but haven't experienced Rune Factory for myself yet. Where would you suggest someone new to the series starts, #5 or something earlier?
@@vgameface RF5 is basically RF4 but 3D, but has nothing of the RNG eventing system of RF4, so I would point RF4 or you can go straight in with RF3 being the more "classic" Rune Factory or RF5, however the crafting system of Rune Factory 5 can only be more or less understood if you understand RF4's crafting system since thats what they used as basis for the game. the RNG eventing system was fixed in Rune Factory 4 special but its still somewhat tedious. so really I'm sorry if I can't point you correctly but yeah Rune Factory 3 special and Rune Factory 5 are a good start I would also point to you to watch Dreaming Suntide's Rune Factory 4 crafting guide videos if you are going to the deep end of Rune Factory 5's inner workings the items may have changed names but are still relevant for RF5. so here's my hard take do you like Character events to be a much more linear progression or RNG based? if you want a more linear progression then RF3 or its special version and RF5 are the games to take. RF4 has the RNG eventing system for better or for worst. do you like a much more simpler crafting system? RF3 is the choice, do you like to "transmog" items then RF4 and RF5 is the choice. do you like more of a micromanaged farm? then RF4 and or RF5 might be the choice this considering you do not efficiently play RF5 as how it was "intended", as RF3 is still Harvest Moon/Story of Season style simplistic
Very informative and helpful guide, holds to current version of the game! Thanks for teaching me about the mana gain from the sunhaven statue
I haven't played for several patches so I'm glad to hear it's all still relevant and helpful. Cheers!

We placed our house in exactly the same spot LOL
Only the smartest, most beautiful people put their houses there 😂
Same here lmao

Same! Didn’t realise there was an upstairs area so I put my wheat farm there instead
Planning on starting the game soon with some friends, i'll for sure be making use of all these tips, thank you!

I spent hours looking for the gender option in the character creation screen. So glad i figured that out. 😅
Yeah that threw me for a bit as well
Great tips! I learned a lot. Also, your voice is very soothing.
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks, once I finish roots of pacha this is next on my list!
Good choice! It's a solid game with a decent chunk of content. Hope you enjoy 😄
I can't wait to get this game
It's a good one! There's a lot of content to dive into. I didn't even get into all of it in this video 😃
Just got it on the steam sale. 😎
Great advice you really helped me out a lot, what a lovely game!
I'm so glad to hear it! It really is a charming game

Thanks for the video ❤🥰
So glad you enjoyed it!
I’m pretty into the game now but I found some new things I didn’t know! Thank you! ❤
Great tips! Thank You! 😊
Greetings from Austria 😊
Hello friend! I'm glad you found some useful nuggets
Great video, these tips are helpful for a new player!
Thanks, I'm happy to hear it!
Excellent guide!😊
Thanks! Really glad you enjoyed it!
I can’t wait to buy this! First I need a steamdeck

@@vgameface thanks
Thank you! I'm already 28 spring, if I buy lettuce and start growing up it, it will be gone for summer, or will still growing?
The lettuce only grows in the Spring and withers in the Summer, unfortunately.
That was super helpful, thank you ^^
So glad to hear it! 🙏
I want to buy this game but i saw there is a LOT of dlc's are they necessary for playing it?
No, you don't need any DLCs. The base game has a LOT of content and afaik all the DLCs are cosmetic items like mounts and hats and furniture.
What a great content video.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
Спасибо за ролик, я целый сезон не могла понять как превратить грядку обратно в траву...
Мне понадобился целый сезон, чтобы понять, хаха. Рад, что видео понравилось! (Я использую Google для перевода, извините, если это плохо)

Ah, yes. I'm never on mobile or Chrome on this account so I forgot about that. Thanks!
Thank you for your helpful video. You have such s beautiful voice.
Thank you 🙏 glad you enjoyed the vid!
Thank god they got rid of the energy system
It's a very nice change
Take note of the season where your plant could survive. Dont be like me

Me watching this video realising I made all the wrong choices
Hah! Luckily everything is modifiable. Also no shame in playing the way you like!
Why do i need 10gb for this game?
Gaming in 2024 just be that way sometimes

Any money cheat ? 🙄😤😮💨🤨
I'm sure there are but I'm not familiar with any
This was such a good video 🤗 I appreciate the tips
Thanks for watching, I'm glad it helped!
