I am diabetic so the sugar intake is top of the list for me. I’ve done a terrible job of managing this disease so hopefully this is the year I can take more control of it.

I'm trying to not make assumptions about people. (Why did that person that despised me in high-school send me a friend request?!) I feel lighter and happier if I choose to have kind thoughts towards people. You never really know what is going on with them.
I know! It’s crazy! That’s why I am going to limit the total and not try to eliminate completely. I did a trial run of the 25 grams in the summer and found it fairly manageable to take on. ❤️

It can be done. I started out with an A1C of 12.8.This month it was 6.6 Losing 24 lbs helped. Not easy but well worth it. Best of luck to you
