      do you get all the money from the paperback if I buy it on Amazon or is it better for you for me to buy the Ebook?

      @@godslittlestidiot2984 ebook would be better, I make nearly 100% of that. On Amazon for ebook they take 65% of sales, and paperback I make like $4-5 or so due to printing costs. Thanks for asking :)

    Thanks for answering my inquiry about the snapping tendons, and the excellent work and effort into this insane video! Bloody Hell, 'tis full of major things to find out and know. The main "snapping" in the elbow comes from various movements throughout the day, be it putting on a shirt, or a sudden move of the arm. If I am in a "plank" position when doing abs, the snapping is heard when I move out of the position. It happens at various times with nothing to do with training, and not all the time with workouts. I dont know if its just very tight tiny tendons caught up. The physios that I visited over the times didnt seem to think its an issue. Again, many thanks for the continuing content and this video. Lá Fhéile Phádrig! Happy St Patricks Day!☘☘

    I'm number 11! You bring in a good idea about overtraining. I do think I had it, just because I was walking 6+ miles a day plus training 3 hours a day 6 days a week (lol) and eventually my body just broke down, my strength TANKED. I'm talking like my pullups went from 12 to barely 5 (don't judge me I'm a woman)! I ended up taking time off and slowly got back into it, but now I'm worried when I go back into the gym for real I might succumb (I sent you an email for 1 on 1 help/advice from you so I know I'll probably just talk to you about this there) just because I am so prone to that gym bro mentality of never stopping until you're gonna throw up or pass out, or both. I wrote an easier program for myself this time. Effectively I guess I may not have had OT, but even stuff like depression/low appetite/exhausted all the time/lowered sex drive was like taking over my life. It's crazy what your hobbies can end up doing to you when you let them become your whole life. Thankfully never injured myself, but I let myself get close to losing all my gains all in the name of thinking high weight/high reps was good!

Now, with experience, I know what muscle groups are safe to train with high frequency and I stay hydrated, drink less alcohol, especially if I trained hard, etc. But rhabdo is real. When is your next Q&A? Also You spoken before about meso and macro training cycles. If a person has done 3 hypertrophy cycles would they transition into mini cutting cycle then strength cycle? Or just transfer into strength cycles and do a longer cutting at the end?

    • @GVS
      @GVS  3 роки тому +1

      Realistically I won't be doing another one. Filming this took 4+ hours straight.
      The macrocycles are pretty individual so hard to say. Very much goal dependent!

    • @MrAwseal
      @MrAwseal 3 роки тому +1

      @@GVS that’s understandable about the individual nature of training cycles. Honestly I feel that regardless of what I do I will be gaining benefit but it hard to do know if I should do strength cycles now or to cut now. My only concern though is that I am an older lifter, I’m gonna be 40 this year, and so I am slightly concerned about my muscle gaining capabilities being that I am a lifelong natural.
      Thank you for putting in the work to share your knowledge with all of us, I hope it is greatly appreciated by all.

    the funny thing about the topic: "why your aren´t looking like the "normal" youtube fitness-influencer": you once looked quite like them. bad thing: you stuck and didn´t get that much gains. so you faced reality and went on. and now you are an example - a great one by the way, how natural lifters should look like during the year and still getting better and stronger. of course you can shred down for fun, for a photoshot, for what ever, but as alex from alpha destiny said after doing it: this is not worth to maintain.
