Gojira's Most UNDERRATED Album
Вставка

- Today marks 20 years of the most underrated Gojira album, The Link. This is one in which you can really hear their Death Metal influences, specially their Morbid Angel references. While releasing it, I enjoy it way more now than the first time I listened to it. I can really respect their take on the Death Metal sound.
Mix and master done by myself too.
I DON'T OWN ANY OF THE MUSIC. Please support the band in any way you can.

So what do you think are the most underrated Gojira songs?
to sirius is super underrated
i wonder why this album isn't really famous i mean it's got the death metal sound just on point
Inward Movement and in the forest slam
Satan is a lawyer has the craziest breakedown they ever made
I don't know if they are the *most* underrated, but I really like "Indians" and "Wisdom Comes". Very cool video. 🤘 🙂
The Link. Gojira need more songs, like this one
Finally someone said it...Anything Pre From Mars to Sirius is underrated, specially the Godzilla demo.
the Godzilla demos are absolutely mint
The Godzilla demos are wild
that remembrance pattern is so goddamn addictive once you got it down. such a sick riff
Yeah, it sounds harder than it is, but it’s not too difficult to get that pattern down.
I discovered this band with their "The Link alive" video, after that it's a must in my playlists, this record has a lot of awesome songs, their riffs are so contagious. Thanks for this new video, Joyo, great job as usual.
Thank you for watching!
I fully agree
Inward movement is one of the best song of them (especially live)
Totally agree
Damn this record had a lot of inspiration from Morbid Angel
Their early work definitely had A LOT of Morbid Angel influence.
Bro Dawn just hit me like a truck. This album was the sountrack to my teens and I think I've listened to the other tracks in passing since, but it could be ten years since I heard that riff. Cheers.
Thank you so much. This is realy the most underrated gojira album.
Thank YOU for watching! If you want to, I would really appreciate it if you would share the video :)
The riff before that one on Remembrance is arguably even better imo.
Excelente toque, amigo, siempre es un gusto verte, saludos y un abrazo Metalero desde Colombia.
Muchas gracias amigo
Idk why I didn't like this album starting out listening to them. It definitely grew on me 🤘🤘🔥🔥
Same for me!
Este album me gusta mucho, great video 👍
Gracias!
This is indeed their most underrated. People hate it because of the production on earlier releases but it’s my second favourite behind FMTS. Also Death of Me, Inward Movement and Remembrance are masterpieces
What Amp-Sim did you use here? Killer riffing as always!!!
It’s the Bogren Digital AmpKnob BDH III
Nice job!
Thanks!
Which one is the hardest to play on guitar?
None of them are too too hard, but I’d say out of these, probably “Indians”.
okay but why does Indians sounds like if Gojira wrote Prison Song by SOAD lol
It does sound similar lmao
How could you not play Torii!?
the production of the link is awful but i love to hear when they play the songs live, fucking great songs
Nice playing, but you’re not fooling anyone with your age. You are clearly 15 years old.
😨😨
Got em
