I just cracked up when you talked about Nash's lack of the 'retrieving gene'. We call our dogs 'Golden Receivers'. But, here's the thing, if you are throwing a ball or a stick, they run after it, grab it, and then take off running in the opposite direction. I'm convinced that to some 'retrievers, it's really a game of tag or 'get the prize'. In non-play situations, my dogs retrieve every single time. For example, when my son throws or drops something, the dog will pick it up and return it. Jagger is adorable - a big gentle healing giant! What a heartbreaking, heartwarming story. It brought tears and smiles. Every therapy dog has a story and every human in the story receives blessings and makes new emotional memories. Thank you, Christina! What an incredible video!

Im a past patient at Center for Change, Jagger and his owners were such a highlight in our lives. We looked forward to the days they would visit us, and it truly made a difference. Thank you so much, now my brother is getting a newfoundland and will hopefully also be able to do therapy work with him!

How awesome it is to know that animals other than horses (big or small) and dogs can be therapy animals!! I didn't know that there are other types of therapy animals out already!! WOW🤯 😲AMAZING😺🐶🐎🐇🤗COOL!😎LOVED IT❤❤❤
I love the fact that dogs, rabbits and cat can be therapy animals. I think that is a gift in itself. Animals are excellent to have no matter what kind they are. They are like us they help us. They let us know if something isn’t right and they sense something is wrong. I like that. Thank you Christina and Sean for this video on therapy dogs.
