this is great! thanks! you convinced me to get a Volca FM! my other method is sample a bunch of chords on one sample, and then play with the start point and length to get chord progressions on one track. btw, can you get reverb and other effects on the volca via the model:samples knobs?
Definitely gonna use the nudging method! Now the only setback for me is not having a "song mode" and having to chain the patterns each time! Ps: I really like the music that you played in the background and also the samples you have on the device!
Hi! Nice workarounds! So, as I understand, in the part where you explain how to lay out a triad for playing extarnal MIDI device (Volca FM in your case), as I understand, the M:S doesn't choke the previous notes and they still are sent via MIDI depending on their defined length?

Music in Background is so distractingng
man I wish the MS would support multiple notes per trig :( I'm pretty sure I've seen that somewhere, does the Digitakt support it?
What the hell is that trumpet playing in the background?
That idea with nudging trigs to the same position is very smart! Thanks!
it's really cool thanks, but the music on the back is quite annoying i have to say.
Thanks for your comment! Will definitely keep that in mind for the next one! Cheers
I wouldn't say annoying, but it can be distracting from the tutorial itself
Where can I send my beats to your label?
The lick 😂

thank you very great good ideas , if possible a video about several uses of the lfo per track could be great .
Interesting video. I rly like how @Alber_ goes in depth with these topics. The Model samples can be tricky cool vid
Thanks! More coming soon
Nicely done, love to see the boundaries of this magic box being pushed.
Thanks! We are still scratching the surface :)

Exactly!
Thanks for this great tutorial, I'm going to use MS with Modal Skulpt
You look so smart, good job
