Oh how I wish I could have seen him at these stages! He is just so adorable!! I don’t live that far from the zoo now or then. What is this fella’s name and where is he now?
@@sharkattack3524 Is there a Gorilla fart medication, or special helmet they can strap on him to protect his fart-free airways? So delicate and adorable. I hope the sweetheart gets the help with farts he really needs!
Sometimes gorilla moms cant produce enough milk to sustain growth and the baby dies. Its not unusual. Genki in kyoto was unable to nurse gentaro, so he had to be taken from her for 10 months. She cried everyday but it was either that or let gentaro die. Thankfully she did accept him when he returned. Not always the case. Im just giving one reason why babies in captivity have to be taken from their mothers. Im not sure why this one was. Another reason is not every female gorilla is a good mom. Some are pretty terrible at it either intentionally or unintentionally. Just like people. Not everyone is a good parent. So if a baby is just being neglected or even rejected, the zoo has to step in.
Sorry, I just watched the first video to make sure why he had to be taken away away. Sounds like his mother had some sort of health issue and wasn’t able to nurse him so then he stopped trying to nurse. So he would’ve ended up dying had the zoo not stepped in.
I could not resist coddling him!
I love his sweet baby face, I want to hug him.
I bet they snuck in a coddle or two! This little guy is irresistible!

Where is this pet store located? My neighbors have a pet gorilla! She is 47 years old now and is still very happy and healthy.
What ?? 🤣 is this a joke
Why is he taken from his mom? Was she not taking good care of him?
She kept releasing farts near his face so they where concerned he wasnt getting enough oxygen
