00:23 that thermometer under his cute little arm, and the way she pushes the arm slightly to get it against his little body... my god this is tooo cute, I watch it over & over again ❤❤❤
Thanks so much for posting these! My 3-year-old daughter and I watch them faithfully every week -- she's even learned to knuckle-walk from watching them. :-)
All you surrogate Mom's have done a beautiful job with this baby boy, he looks very healthy, happy and in general just content. It's great that the Mom sees him everyday...
I think it was because the mom develop some sort of inflammation in the breasts (Don't remember the name of this.) and so she wasn't feeding her baby. The Zoo Keepers noticed that and separated the two. Mom was put on antibiotics but once the inflammation was gone she wasn't producing any milk. The baby was a bit dehydrated when separated. If you want to know more just search for the 1st video of this series.
While I appreciate your love for the baby, touch is so important for family bonding and I don't get why he's not with his real family and you're substituting you and your staff for his parents and grandparents.
Why not go to the beginning and you will learn why. Mom has no milk due to becoming ill. After treatment she had dried up. They would always prefer an animal be raised naturally, so when you see this situation, know it's because there's some very valid reason.
@@liman42 Because you are watching only this video. It's a 12 part series. On the last video they were preparing to return baby to mother because he was on solid food and far less bottles, which they will still give him whilst still with mother as he can hold them himself after getting older.

I just rewatched the video. It said nothing about the milk of the mother drying up. What are you talking about?
@@FRAME5RS
Never mind. I get it.
