I quit smoking 6 days ago. Almost a week done. The first 4 days were really hard... but it took me enough tries and I fell off the wagon after a day or two. I have learned through this and I think it was just the right time this time. I wish everyone the best of luck in quitting smoking.
@@westonrekz1634 Yes, I stayed strong and have now been a non-smoker for 238 days. It wasn't always easy, but I haven't smoked a single cigarette in that time. But with time it became easier and easier.
Thnx for sharing your story bro. I've quit smoking on/off. The most effective method I notice that works is to pump the nicotine outta ya lungs 🫁. Exercise is probably the best way. But if you don't wanna exercise you can simply cough for 10 seconds each minute in a 5 minute period. You can also practice deep breathing for 5 or more minutes. Simply put you no longer get high off the nicotine once you start pumping it outta ya lungs. The hardest part is sticking to not buying/smoking cigarettes. If any smokers who wanna quit are reading this I hope you find my advice helpful. Best wishes ya'll ❤.
Hey man I just want to say that this video is really helpful, I actually have the Allen Carr quit smoking audiobook and listened to a bit of it, but I never finished it. I'm going to give it another try because of you, and hopefully it helps me! Best
Did you experience body aches during withdrawals? I stopped last year, but the last month or so ive started smoking. Im dreading the withdrawals. Thank you for sharing your story
Withdrawals are okay. I smoked a pack for more than 10 years then I quit for 8 months cold Turkey before I relapsed. For me the worst thing was emotional up and downs and the anger. For about 1 month, I got angry very, very quickly and I broke hearts. It was a lot better in 2 months and by the 3rd month any withdrawal symptom became very rare.

The brain is addicted to nicotine, not the lungs.
