I always love your videos!! I would love to see more on how you do sourdough. I also do sourdough but the way I do it is not the same. Mine isn't always ready to go to make waffles, pizza etc I do more make ahead. I would love to see your sourdough cake recipe too!! I grew up in Texas, but now live in Virginia. We have chickens and a garden. We would need more land for more animals. Thank you for giving us a peek into your week.

As we move into Fall and Winter I plan to show more content on sourdough, since things will be quieter outdoors. Every video I try to show something sourdough. I do simple sourdough! The sourdough chocolate cake recipe is on the blog and I have a video. I have heard Virginia is beautiful and gardens grow well there. Thank you for watching!

May God bless you and keep you in Yahshua "Jesus" name.
I too am a homemaker "homesteading" grandma and i wouldnt have life any other way. My husbands kin folk lives in Lake Buchanan and Marble Falls👍
May we never get weary in our daily tasks but in all we do, do it as unto the Lord.
We raise Guernseys and poultry besides our garden and love cow peas too♥️
Already ordered Red rippers and Dixie lee cream peas for next year.
Beautiful Jerseys, ! We had 2 cows born this month and love milking in the fall and winter...NO FLIES !
That stone barn is beautiful. And i pray y'all have a blessed fall.
And we too celebrate Tabernacles. As a matter of fact, i need to get dessert done before Sabbath starts so we can rest tomorrow.
I enjoyed watching, thank you for sharing your life.
We moved from Houston/Pasadena TX 14 yrs ago to the Ozarks. Love it here♥️

Amen and thank you for the blessing. Homesteading life does continue even when the children grow up. It keeps us strong and active! One day I would love to have a Guernsey. In late Fall and early Winter we get more cream and the cows get relief from the heat. One of my friends just left our area and moved to Arkansas and loves it. Thank you for watching and blessing to you!

It is just my husband and I. Do you think having a family milk cow would be too for just us? We want one so bad but struggling with justifying the cost of feed and cost for the cow. God Bless

I think you would enjoy having a family milk cow. What a blessing to have an animal that gives so much. She gives you milk daily, feeds a calf that can provide your beef, and can feed lots of chickens by making clabber. Our soils are improved and our gardens by her manure. For over 20 years I have been super enthusiastic about having a milk cow. Milking never gets old and I am excited everyday to milk the cow. It can be expensive but for us it is worth it. Also because a large part of our diet is fermented dairy, cheese, beef, and eggs. God Bless You!

Thank you for watching! I made it! The pattern is the Zadie Jumpsuit. I love it and made a rose-colored linen one as well.
