I looked and was unable to find one. Has this channel made a leather conditioning guide? What's the best way to keep a premium belt in good condition over several years?
I love your vids and tutorials too. I was wondering if you can do a zipper bifold wallet? I’m willing to pay for the templet but I don’t have access to a printer 😞
Not sure why you made the belt shorter. I really hate a belt like that. I want it longer to go around further and catch the next belt loop on the jeans.
Nice work thank you . i just have 3 notes the measuring should be started form the front of the buckle because buckle length are different the brass or copper rivet much better & long lasting than Chicago one specially with no adhesive inside why you didn't skive little for the buckle part i guess 8-10oz X2 is to bulky
Not between 8-10 going to 10-12 the thickness is not that different. The original belt was likely made the correct length. 8-10 oz will definitely stretch out.
100 %Lather 100% You man Thank you.

I search for the pattern that you mentioned in the description but I couldn't find it

I am in South India (Chennai) How can I get this belt..? Can anyone help me ?
Damn I want a skiving machine bad...
Its one of the most frustrating pieces of machinery out there but its great when you need it.
Makesupply Leather what do you mean by frustrating?
You forgot something: the new belt being made from thicker leather will have to be a little bit longer than the old one ;)

I mentioned 34.5" but when up to 35" just in case. I made that mistake on my own most recent belt.
Well done. But it seems the head will easy loose if it use screw, same like my belt. I suggest you the better do it by sewing.
Then an exchange of the buckle is not so easy. You can use loctite.
@@oasiasoasiaso He didn't change the buckle in ten years, so he probably won't change this one. I would have used rivets.
so he never put any weight on in 10 years, I too have a belt that is 10 years old but would not go anywhere near fitting me.
