Two questions: can you input note data into the sequencer from a midi keyboard (e.g. arturia keystep)?
Can you transpose a sequence in real time using the syntrix panel or via a MIDI keyboard?
I keep forgetting. Since all the matrix pin points are now covered by pushbutton LEDs, does that enable Syntrx II to include patch memory storage?

Umm, yeah. I did talk myself out of this synth a while ago but this demo video may have changed my mind damn it.

Yeah, it's pretty good... until you get to 5:14 when you realise it is absolutely off-the-scale amazing.

At the beginning of the video it sounds totally stereo. But the SYNTRX II is mono or not?

Tried this one in Turin’ Soundmit and absolutely loved it. Great sound and very nice piece of gear.
Would love to know the mechanics of that last patch. Pretty complicated for a mono synth.

I got my order in and I can't wait!!! this will be the greatest purchase of my life!!! and that first patch sounds like 3D sound! it is so huge I am shocked. the effects sound really really amazing. and the fact that you put randomizer in it , is also one of the greatest things to ever happen in analog matrix based synthesis.

@@РэйЧехов it sure is expensive but show me any instrument like this that is cheaper. Good luck. If you compare it to the original EMS Synthi, this is pretty cheap.

I thought it could store Patches. But it only stores the Mod Matrix. Huge reason for me not to buy it.
you can't store patches in a piano, or harp, or trumpet... I see it like that kind of instrument..

Erica gear has improv DNA. I think it's a pretty conscious decision to leave the patch bank world behind.
get something like a sequential pro 3 if you want total patch store capabilities , i have one, it rules, also awaiting a syntrx II can't wait

Design wise it is pleasant but sound wise it is underwhelming like the perkons. Erica Synths is just repackaging old synth ideas and slapping a $2k sticker on their shiny gear.
