Louise!!!!! I’m so excited to see this video! I just got my Combi and made a Combi meal, some toast and a rosemary olive oil bread. They were all delicious. Would LOVE to see more Combi videos! Your bread looks amazing!
I will try to make it tomorrow. I thank you for going into details and suggesting options. You make your instructions so much easier to follow. Hope you have a blessed holiday season.
Thank you for this! I've always failed at making this, so I'm so glad you did your extensive testing on it. Would you happen to have a frosting recipe for this? The one I purchase is so good, but mine never seems to taste right.
I haven't made bead in years,, but Louis you sold me. I have to try this it looks so yummy. I just got the Combi in the past two weeks and I just love it. I would love to see more Combi videos. Keep up the awesome video's coming our way.
HELLO I AM GOING TO MAKE TOMORROW CAN I USE DARK BROWN SUGAR WITH LITTLE COCOA POWDER - I LOVE YOUR RECIPES BECAUSE YOU EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN DETAIL - THANK YOU
What about if you’re making a wetter bread .. I make blueberry muffin mix with streusel topping (because I’m Too lazy to fill muffin cup) and pit in bread pan and top with streusel? Bread bake or combi?
I would put that in a 8X8 pan not a bread loaf pan, you need to match the height of the muffins, therefore a square pan would be optimum…..why does never answer the hard questions? Some baker🫠🤭
I’m considering purchasing a ninja foodie, which model are you using? SFP700 all in one Carolina. Not listed in your Amazon store. New to these appliances . Thanks 🙃

Darn it, I did something wrong - my bread is heavy. I proofed like you said - by size, not time. My problem started at beginning. My dough was drier than yours. It was not shiny, smooth or easily stretched. Yes, I am going to do it again, it looks so good and yummy. Should I have added more liquid ?? Help please what did I do wrong - I measured carefully but ..... I messed up somewhere.
Too bad she never answered you! I am surprised your dough is dry, but I notice that dough goes along with the weather conditions sometimes in summer your dough is drier because of the heat or humidity….in winter less so. If you put the amount of butter and eggs she states to use and milk it should not be dry. Try regular milk instead of half and half. If you find your dough dry and hard ti knead add a tablespoon more milk. Also the amount of sugar she puts in the middle of the dough is way too much, that can also make your bread a brick…I would use 1/2 of what she put in. Try it again, I hope it works out for you this time. (Long time baker)
The crust is darker because it is an enriched dough made with sugar. It's not crunchy hard like French Bread. The "water pan" as you call it works for all types of breads, not just French bread.
Drives me crazy when people do not use everything left in their bowl…..I would add a little flour to the dough in the bowl and knead in the bowl….which cleans my bowl beautifully every time…plus less to wash..and you used all your ingredients. No need to knead on a table top at all! Plus it’s all ready in its own bowl to proof!
That was rude. One of the reasons we like Louise's videos is because she's so thorough & explains everything so well. She helps take the intimidation factor out of making recipes we've never tried but want to try.
I agree, for a seasoned baker like me I had to put on 2x speed! LMAO! Plus she said if you use a metal pan you may need to shorten baking time and in the next minute she said no change to temp or baking times? Bake much? Smeh🫤

Can’t wait to go pick up some raisins!!!! 😋 yummy!!
Thanks for doing it by hand,
You bet!
You’re a good teacher and I thank you.
This looks fabulous! Just got my 15:1 so will have to do it in that! Another great recipe Louise 🙏
That looks delicious 😵
Thank you!

I've never used frosting on cinnamon raisin bread, but I have one for my cinnamon rolls: thesaltedpepper.com/cinnamon-rolls/
Beautiful looking bread
Awesome
Thanks!
Love cinnamon raisinbread. Thanks for showimg the oven baking. Thank you
This is absolutely delicious. You were right don't even need to butter it. Would you be able to freeze this before cooking?
Thanks so much! I haven't tried that so I'm not sure. I would probably bake it and then freeze it.

Had to subscribe.. love the videos and enthusiam
This looks awesome. I really hate to ask but can it be made without the raisins? Nutritionally they are not good for me, but I love cinnamon bread.
Yes, absolutely! Just leave them out and everything stays the same.
I personally don t like raisins so much, but love cinnamon stuff a lot
So would the recipe work without raisins too?
Absolutely!
@@TheSaltedPepper Great- thanks for your respond
@@girscheleinstead of raisins you could use crushed walnuts or nuts of your choice, nice option that was not mentioned.
I just purchased the ninja combi and am excited for some recipes!! Can you do some fried chicken and maybe some steak in the combi for us newbies!!
Do you have a video for yeast dinner rolls?

I'm still working on it and it will be posted today. Sorry for the delay!

I cant find the recipe anywhere, not even on website!
Here you go: thesaltedpepper.com/cinnamon-raisin-bread/
Can I make this in my oven, I don’t have a combi. Would it still be the same temperature?
oven directions are here: thesaltedpepper.com/cinnamon-raisin-bread/
Thumbs up everyone
I’ve had this for 8 months … removing from box today. Great for 1 or 2 ppl. Cinnamon raisin bread I can eat it by the loaf!😮
You are so cute! I’m coming over!! Yummy!
Thank you 😋
Should I buy a ninja combi? I have a ninja foodi and convection/toaster oven too.
This might be what I make first!
Sorry that uber brown crust was a lil too much, why you do not use the water pan which is for French Bread crust!

Americans need some special machine to bake bread lol😂
Don't be a jerk. We do not need anything special to bake bread; however, if it makes it easier and better than a dry oven, why not use it!
What a stupid comment 😮🤦♀️
You talk too much.
