- This bread is so good you don't even need to toast it or put butter on it! It's a brioche bread with raisins and a beautiful cinnamon swirl. Thank you for this! I've always failed at making this, so I'm so glad you did your extensive testing on it. Would you happen to have a frosting recipe for this? The one I purchase is so good, but mine never seems to taste right.

This is absolutely delicious. You were right don't even need to butter it. Would you be able to freeze this before cooking?

I’ve had this for 8 months … removing from box today. Great for 1 or 2 ppl. Cinnamon raisin bread I can eat it by the loaf!😮

Darn it, I did something wrong - my bread is heavy. I proofed like you said - by size, not time. My problem started at beginning. My dough was drier than yours. It was not shiny, smooth or easily stretched. Yes, I am going to do it again, it looks so good and yummy. Should I have added more liquid ?? Help please what did I do wrong - I measured carefully but ..... I messed up somewhere.
This looks awesome. I really hate to ask but can it be made without the raisins? Nutritionally they are not good for me, but I love cinnamon bread.
Yes, absolutely! Just leave them out and everything stays the same.

What about if you’re making a wetter bread .. I make blueberry muffin mix with streusel topping (because I’m Too lazy to fill muffin cup) and pit in bread pan and top with streusel? Bread bake or combi?
I personally don t like raisins so much, but love cinnamon stuff a lot
