I really wish more Equine vets had UA-cam channels cause this is always so interesting
makes me understand how stupid people doctors are. Vets look for metabolic issues, right away, vitamin imbalances, food issues. Doctors who treat humans wouldn't know HOW to do that let alone ask about it. It is disgusting. People doctors offer poison pills whose side effects are often deadly to treat a vitamin deficiency. it is scary how woefully ignorant they are. I have decided my next doctor will be a veterinarian, I trust them more.

I am always impressed on how well-behaved your horses are. It really shows the difference in horses that are handled and taught properly and those that aren't. Also they are Quarter Horses...the BEST breed!

Really like the Vets set-up for floating teeth. I remember years ago trying to hold my gelding up while his was floated.

It's been mentioned before that they prefer not to be on camera. It is probably understandably intimidating to be going about their every day jobs knowing how many people watch watch her content. I've seen a lot of the same employees there for quite some time, they wouldn't still be there if it wasn't a happy work environment 😉

Doc is the best. No matter what he takes the time to educate and doesn’t lose his patience when he has to repeat more than twice. And he is a very nice southern gentleman.

I always love these types of videos. Seems like most horse videos are lets go riding and fun stuff in the pasture, horses in the round pen, but never the real stuff that goes into it.

Always a relief to get all the yearly horse housekeeping done. The occasionals like worming hoof trims clipping etc are just part of the rest of the on going needs. So far so good with all the breedings and that will help free up some time for you.
Then there's all your other critters whew!
Wonderful to see all the TLC you give them all. Fussy to some but top shelf to others. Lol oh all the comments thrown at me for that top shelf care always my normal. Winning is many times in the details!

I wish my dr did the blood draw so smooth and fast. Like how
I had American Saddlebreds. Our vets were very much like yours. Tooth day used to be very difficult for the vets. They used to do them by hand with a rasp. Then came power tools.

Small children are the same around the world and across species…one gets an interesting infection of any description, and they all get it to varying degrees. Doesn’t matter how clean the area is, how diligent you are with disinfectant, doesn’t matter how much contact they do or don’t have with each other of outside sources…everything goes around the group, and everyone gets a piece.

I should have been a horse. My dentist once told me I had roots in my teeth like a horse and my gyn told me I had child bearing hips. Wasn't sure how to take that last part 😂
