Steve, it's great to see you again. You were (and are) one of the classiest guys that ever worked in the entertainment interview world. I wish you great success. I guess I'm going to binge watch you. Love Melissa and miss Joan SO much!
Wow...Melissa's guidance on grief was so refreshing. I loved her candor and how she says she doesn't "candy coat it". I am suffering a huge loss in my personal life and it does suck right now and I hate it. Her words spoke to me and. helped me during this hard, hard time. Missey..there is a book in there and people need to hear it. Thank you.
Me and my friend lived for The Fashion Police and before that all the Red Carpets. We always talk about how bad The Red Carpet is now, how you can’t ask who are you wearing? We will always miss Joan and what we called The Fashion PoPo.
I just have to tell you, Steve, my mom and I loved Joan and Melissa. Fashion Police💖💖💖Miss Joan🤍✨💐Love Melissa. Thank you both so much for the interview. This is honestly one of the best interviews I’ve ever seen. Melissa is so honest and sweet. Melissa is going to have to dress her new husband ☺️I dress my husband 😂
Watching Melissa and Joan playing themselves in their TV movie cut me to the quick. I can't remember a time when Joan AND Melissa weren't part of my life. I was watching Joan on TV since I was a toddler, and I watched as her tummy grew large with baby Melissa. I saw Joan "work out" at Carlos & Charlie after Edgar, and I think I cried all the way through her performance. I vividly recall sitting in the Landmark Theatre on Westwood, watching Joans documentary and crying then too. I was grateful to Trump then, for giving Joan a lovely way back. It's the only good thing I'll ever say about that man. I know Melissa knows that her mom is looking down and is VERY proud of her!
Oh Melissa please bring back Fashion Police.. I know it wouldn’t be the same but it would be great because of you. Nothing is as good as that show was. I adored your mom. I have a beautiful pink breast cancer right of your moms.. I treasure it.
Great interview! Joan's death was the first celebrity death to really affect me. Whenever something happens in pop culture, I wonder what Joan would have to say about it. Melissa is right about red carpets. It used to be so much fun. Not anymore. Everyone is too afraid to say anything.
Great interview but wasn't long enough. Missy talking about that she and her mom were considered outsiders and I remember watching Andy Cohen's "Watch What Happens Live" and Andy asking her about the Kenndey Center recognizing her and she said "are you kidding me? They'll never recognize me and he said why? Joan said I'm too outrageous and I don't play the game, and I say what I think" And she did! And she did say what everyone else was thinking. I remember before she died, and she would say things and people would gasp, and say I can't believe she said that and I'm like yeah, but you were thinking it too and she had the guts to say it. But I do truly believe that she was the ONLY one who could get away with saying whatever she felt like. You can not find hardly anything on UA-cam with Joan because people think she offended too many people. No one will releasee her work. Which is a shame.
Wait a minute I recognize his voice.... who is he I can't put my finger on it. Someone please tell me? I'm guessing Entertainment Tonight or Somewhere on TCM network or crime show idk.🤷 I know his voice from somewhere.
@@StillHereHollywood ooooH OMG Yessss ! From the E! Network new from back in the 1990's and early 2000's. Back when they had Mystery & Scandals, and E true Hollywood stores, and Howard Stern...the best times of the E Network. Omg he is so missed on E!
This was so refreshing. Melissa is so smart, classy and brutally honest. Steve is a great interviewer.
