And they’re the sweetest tomatoes I’ve been able to find of all the kinds that are available in larger grocery chains, and I’m a true tomato-holic! 🍅 🍅 🍅

The tomatoes have the flavour if their soil. So it is difficult to find that taste outside of Italy. Likewise the sourdough flavour comes from the native microorganisms. But we can try with what we have and out of respect for the real Italian food! 👍💕
I have a way, you can also use it on pizza btw, where you put walnuts, dried tomatos, rucola (maybe also parmeggiano) and a drizzle of honey on it. You can also put a lil bit chili on there so, it works wonders in combination with the honey. Most importantly the pizza/bread has to be really crusty, but still a bit fluffy in the middle.
