I've been vegan runner for four years and managed to put on more muscle mass. It is a myth that we need to consume meat for high grams of protein. If you want to eat protein just eat protein without having to consume meat or other foods. Containing animal ingredients. I highly recommend adopting a plant-based diet where you will consume safe healthy and nutritious Foods helping you to stay healthy and strong. Happy Saturday

How often should we do each of these exercises for a sufficient workout? And should we do this workout more than once a day? I’m a teen in high school and I feel like I’m not fast enough to be a successful athlete, so I really want to get to work this summer.

Can you recommend me some cleats? I have running shoes but the top is soft, so it's going to rip if I keep doing SAQ(which is the way I want to primarily train), and the bottom barely grips, so I can't really get a good hard angle when doing certain things. I would really love a reply because there's so many kinds of cleats and I don't want to buy something I'm going to destroy or hate.
yes! I've always loved nike for cleats. I don't have any of the newer ones but the mercurial vapor and superfly are ones that I use now. I feel like you can't go wrong with nikes though and just check out what works for your price point. Either football or soccer cleats I'd say

Just get enough protein and you'll be fine. Its really hard to overtrain if this is what concerns you.
