Katie's acting choices made it clear that Lena didn't like the choices she was making. So I think Lena was venting, trying to get the anger out and fully intended on fixing things. But she misjudged Kara's willingness to take her anger. She pushed to far and that last scene in 5x13 was Lena realizing she had crossed a line, Kara was not going to be waiting with arms open anymore.

I wish Lena would just open her eyes and see the truth; that Kara never meant any ill will toward her. Maybe if that moment comes, would things be different? I know, I know; there was never a right time for Kara to reveal the truth to Lena. Lex just exposed it in a very harsh way after his sister shot him in the chest. No one asks her to do any of that. It was all on her. More like the Luthor way. I got say there's a part of me who thinks she's doesn't need saving or friends. Cuz in the end family is family. And nothing more important. But the other half sees a person whose soul is unmoving, unwilling, brainwashed, and indoctrinated by the influence of her family. No matter how she tries to avoid jumping into their string of madness. Lena is just hurt by every inch of herself, no matter how hard she masked it with deranged anger and rage. The truth is; she's broken completely. Don't get me wrong; I love the vid very much. But still...
I think both are to blame. I mean Kara could have told her before Lex exposed her and in moments different from the ones showed in the 100th episode, like in a calm setting after the crisis passes when they are more settled like a movie night or something and Lena shouldn't hold this over Kara or excuse her behavior after it, yes she's hurt and feels betrayed but again doesn't excuse her bahavior, Kara doesn't owe her her super identity cause it's both a danger and a responsability, it could put Lena in danger and it's a lot of responsability to ask of Lena to keep the secret too, imagine that she says Kara is an alien in public by mistake or someone overhears then Kara could be in danger. I understand Lena is in pain and she's allowed to and killing Lex was the only out she saw and I get it but he's acting like Kara did it to be mean, to hurt her, to mock her when she was just scared. They need to talk and let it all out and maybe try to move on. Both of them want to make the world better but Lena is letting her pain to drive her to do things in a very bad way and it's not fair to compare Kara to Lex, cause Lex did it to hurt her and he is xenophobic. I think Lena is good and I agree with Kara seeing the best in her, she's just letting pain consume her but she can still get in the right road. Kara didn't say she sees her as a villian but that if she goes along with Lex she'll treated her like one, and she's on the right here cause she can't risk people getting hurt by both of them (with Lex that is garanted), she still believes in her but she has to do what's best, she already gave her many chances (when the kryptonite canons and now). Anyway I do hope Lena doesn't turn evil, that she'll see the error in her ways (both of them) and they can start mending their relationship, which after the Danvers Sisters is one I love so much.

@@robertm.german9248 I'd hate that too because I feel it looses all the point, since the beginning we know Lena wants to be good, wants to redeem the Luthor name and Kara wants to make a name for herself away from Superman, both want to be their own hero. So ending in another Super/Luthor enemies would be so off putting and it gives the wrong message, like you can't escape your family name? can't triumph on your own? Luthors and Supers can't be friends? For me one of the greatest things of their friendship is that they work against all expectations, they believe in one another and they're always there for each other and that bit is what it seems the writers (and Lena) forget, they act like Lena has to hate Kara because she lied? Kara is the only person who has stood against everyone for Lena, when Lillian escaped prison, when Edge blamed her for the poisoning of the kids; sure she acted Kara went a bit far when the kryptonite but again they forget that the last time Kara was faced with synthetic kryptonite she went pretty much evil and that's something they should adress, she handle the situation badly but Jimmy didn't help either cause he deliberately made Supergirl the bad guy and himself the hero when he has distruted Lena from the start. Sorry for the rant, I just have too many feelings about this and sometimes it seems like the writers want to force drama and forget all the history of the characters

The issue was how the show ruined Lena's character in an attempt to sway fans away from Supercorp. It doesn't matter what we ship, what matters is the lengths the show made to change fans thinking. They turned Lena into a joke who fell for Lex's lies for am entire season. It was sad because Lena was awesome and her and Kara's friendship was amazing. But then towards the end of season 3 they started chipping away causing a rift between Supergirl and Lena, then Kara and Lena. It's sad, because I think if they had left it alone, Supercorp would have fizzled out, instead they added fuel to the fire

The line that affected Lena the most was "I will do everything in my power to stop you, just like any other villain". Up until that point Kara was trying so hard to fix things, she kept thinking Lena would come around, that Lena wouldn't go to certain lengths. While Kara was trying, Lena kept thinking that she could turn back whenever she wanted and because of that she kept choosing not to because the ability to turn back was always there, Kara changed the game though. Kara told her she's crossed a line she can't just uncross, she worked with Lex, that was a final straw for Kara. Katie had many options after that line of villain by Kara and she chose regret. Lena may still not have turned away but it was clear from that expression that she knew, she knew she had gone past the point of no return and succeeded in pushing Kara away, like she wanted, and instantly regretted it. I felt the show failed in one area, instead of letting Kara just leave, Lena never would have kept her mouth shut, she would have said something. I think 2 lines should have been added, 2 lines that allowed the fans to know that neither wanted this but neither knew how to fix it. Lena: So that's it then, we've finally done it, we are Lex and Superman Kara turns around looks Lena in the eye Kara: we don't have to be Kara flies off without another word while Lena asks herself how they got to this point. This adds a layer of emotions and didn't make their reconciliation feel as forced as it did in 5x19

The raw emotion this conveyed and it tugged at my heartstrings. Hands down my favorite Kara & Lena edit you've done so far!! The combination of the song (which is very fitting and a great choice), the parallels and your amazing editing skills...absolute perfection ❤💙 The ending wrecked me...the parallels @ 3:35-3:52 and the contrast between those two scenes is heartbreaking. Ugh I miss their friendship so much. I'm hoping they share scenes in 5x17 or at least share one meaningful scene so they can finally talk things out. OMG! 2:02 and 3:09! We’re those music transitions, with those specific scenes on purpose! They were all kinds of epic, especially the first one at 2:02. That music transition was crazy. It worked so amazing after Kara asked Lena, “you aren’t seriously considering it?” Wicked! It was like this moment of realization. I loved it. Honestly, I can’t even find the proper words to describe how incredible it was. Then again and 3:09 when Kara brings it back, and reminds Lena that she isn’t a villain. Uhh... I can’t even. It was incredible.

Honestly, the show has gone down hill this season unfortunately and it's been hard for us to stay up to date and interested. We're staying because of Chyler and Melissa because we love Kara and Alex and that's pretty much the only thing keeping us watching.

Great job as usual. It hurts to see them torn apart like this, but I have to admit that I loved Kara's last line to Lena in the 100th episode. Based on the finale, I hope they can start repairing their relationship and make it a better one based on trust in most aspects of their lives. As much as I love to see them back to being best of friends, I will admit that if they start season 6 like nothing ever happened, I will be royally pissed off. There needs to be conflict and maybe some lingering (however unwanted) distrust and backsliding as they work through their issues.
In season 6 I had a hard time with how little they focused on Alex and Kara. That relationship was the show in my opinion. But then I started to see what they were trying to relay to the audience. Without coming straight forward and saying it, they were showing the evolution of Kara and Lena. Alex had finally done what she always wanted, found a life outside of Kara, she deserved that. On the other hand Kara, without realizing it, found someone worthy to take her place. Someone to eat potstickers with, be her perfect partner on game night, and willing to really listen when she needed it, Lena replaced Alex. I don't mean that I'm a bad way, but that's why the show displayed Alex as unwilling to really give Kara advice in their final scene and instead said it's something she had to figure out for herself, Alex had a well deserved life now and knew Kara had found someone worthy of her role in Kara's life. But more than that, no matter what the ending said, Kara and Lena wouldn't be developing a life outside of each other like Alex ended up doing. I truly believe they would develope a life with each other.

I stop watching this show but damnnnn girl I do love ur edits and does make me want to go back to watching it again. If it wasn't for ur videos I wouldn't haven gone back the last time.
Honestly, the show has gone down hill this season unfortunately and it's been hard for us to stay up to date and interested. We're staying because of Chyler and Melissa because we love Kara and Alex and that's pretty much the only thing keeping us watching.

It hurts to see them torn apart like this, but I have to admit that I loved Kara's last line to Lena in the 100th episode.
Based on the finale, I hope they can start repairing their relationship and make it a better one based on trust in most aspects of their lives.
As much as I love to see them back to being best of friends, I will admit that if they start season 6 like nothing ever happened, I will be royally pissed off. There needs to be conflict and maybe some lingering (however unwanted) distrust and backsliding as they work through their issues.
In season 6 I had a hard time with how little they focused on Alex and Kara. That relationship was the show in my opinion. But then I started to see what they were trying to relay to the audience. Without coming straight forward and saying it, they were showing the evolution of Kara and Lena. Alex had finally done what she always wanted, found a life outside of Kara, she deserved that. On the other hand Kara, without realizing it, found someone worthy to take her place. Someone to eat potstickers with, be her perfect partner on game night, and willing to really listen when she needed it, Lena replaced Alex. I don't mean that I'm a bad way, but that's why the show displayed Alex as unwilling to really give Kara advice in their final scene and instead said it's something she had to figure out for herself, Alex had a well deserved life now and knew Kara had found someone worthy of her role in Kara's life. But more than that, no matter what the ending said, Kara and Lena wouldn't be developing a life outside of each other like Alex ended up doing. I truly believe they would develope a life with each other.
Welp okay. My heart. This made me cry the first 40 secs. New record! 😂 But wow Lena and Kara with Billie. Perfect.
This is just what I needed. Thank you. My heart aches for them. They have/had such a good friendship. 😭 Can they just let them be and be friends again.

Things i love about these two: both are so good but imperfect...kara is selfless hero..but is a little hypocrite at times..lena is a kind hearted soul who will do anything to protect the ones she loves..even if it means killing her own brother..but she went too far kn hating kara...but what is so beautiful is the way they found a balance together..
Why is Lena always suffering? I need happy Lena again, please take her back!
