these moments arent historic unless there's some kind of external factor to it, etc, if it's the last prime minister asked to form government by a monarch, etc Liz Truss was the last to do so under queen elizabeth, while Rishi Sunak was the first to do so under Charles III for example

And if you don’t think that would cause an uproar in parliament and in the streets you need to read up on UK history…this isn’t an absolute monarchy, it’s constitutional. And while the Monarch does have some power they can’t just do WHATEVER THEY WANT, in reality they’re more likely exercise soft power not hard power.
Ever since the monarchy was been reinstated with Charles II power has been split between the sovereign and parliament. Plus a big part of the job is public service meaning they have to have the people in mind when making decisions.
Should the King decide to dissolve parliament the people who voted Keir Starmer into office would probably be the first to cry for the monarchy to be abolished. I’m a royalist and I get the Kings position as it’s part of the reason I came to appreciate the Queen more in my later years before her passing.
