Hiya, great video 👍 My lad and I are fairly familiar with the red loop of Hopton but wondered if its worth linking up Bucknell as you mention in this video (I know where abouts the decision point is from your video). We normally do 2 loops of the red but interested in adding to the fun and tryingsomethingdifferent, do you have any tips or advice on linking up the 2 woods? Currently finishing a new years break at Hopton heath with bikes in tow🙂
    Thanks regards Tony.

@@PinnedTV I know the one you mean, we did the Hopton red loop yesterday and was awesome, the last part of that climb up towards and around the left bend really does sap every bit of power. Cracking place...love it🙂

another great review of a trail centre Jim, seems like lots of descents , for future reference and thinking of our 9 year old , what are the pedal up's like around the venue ? Fire roads ? techy steeps ? also how many kilometres round ? ( approx )

I have only been to Hopton 2 times first time was very icey & I spent a lot of time on my ass.
Second time it was so muddy the bike clogged up so much I had to get off & walk some of the red.
But a good track & the only track I have been to were you drop in from the start.

Big old winding climb up? Bro, we rode there for the first time today and you do it no justice at all. Worst bloody up hill ever, every time it looks to be getting to the end it just turns you back on yourself and shows you another bloody summit with an even steeper climb. Loved it to bits though, great trails after that bloody hill :)

Head over to his youtube channel to see all our bike videos and he's done all the editing ua-cam.com/video/cA6WGhzSDEY/v-deo.html.
