The blue haired is called Jimin (stagecommander), the man with the temporary tatoo on the face is V , after him you saw RM (the leader) the blue jacket is jin (worldwidehandsom), than you saw with the english sounds you loved so ist Jungkook (golden maknae) he performed on fifa too, than you got hobi (dark hair rapper) and suga (blond hair rapper)
If you like more the rap line than you need to watch the first songs from them like: not today or danger or no more dreams
the rapline is suga, rm and hobi
the vocalline is jk (jungkook), jimin, jin and v
Songs like Run or, Mic Drop or Fire should you give a try too. Over the years you see that they grow from hip hop to idol (k)-pop group. The best is the mix between rap and vocal and that they wrote their own songs, a lot with deep messages. They arent some simple k-pop band, never were, never are. They worked hardest ever, sacrificed many things and stands on the top. Beatles or Micheal Jackson they long are above. So please give them a try and if you have the time look in many of their vids, you will be surprised and will learn why they are worldclass.

Its a shame that this masterpiece of art never got really aired on shows. He blown the world with that Song and the MV he concept, wrote, choreographed and designed of his own.
I could now write a lot about his outstanding talents, but I wont bc we all need no hate disussions now. But fact is he is the king of k-pop, the rockie bible (idol of idols), the it-boy and a dance legend (he is a trained dancer in a lot of styles and started to win many competition in streetdance and hip hop before he joined BTS and is called bts stage commander even when he is not the one who bts feared when they do errors, than they will always look at hobi, who joined with his streetdance skills as maindancer the team.
If you wants more english songs, take a look into JKs first Solo Album #Golden - he made a lot good stuff including Famous callobsongs like Seven. I am sure you heard and watched him already. When not with Seven (what I doubt) than on Fifa with Dreamers. I would bet with you :-)
If you wants more rap at all - suga or august d is a must have for you guys, watch his concert (you will find maybe your biased)

Suga is a songwriter and produced many songs already - he is with rm the bts member who wrote the most bts group songs. Suga itself is well known as producer and worked already on it before he joined bts too.
After him give hobi and rm a chance please, they do a lot of good hip/hop songs too and rm sing too.
Rm is the leader, not the oldest (thats jin), but he is the leader of the group and the first on whom got to bts as already existing rapper named rapmonster. He is like a genie with a high intellect and holds the speeches of bts and is fluent in english and thats why the translater of the band too. He protected his member as he translated all hate comments in good ones that his team would not lost their faith.
Hobi is like a sunshine, lovely called our hope, he always smiles, no matter how hard it gets. He givs bts a lot of peace with his happy beeing. And he likes streetdancing a lot, he supports streetdancers bc its his passion. He is sad that he never took dance serious in younger years and would want to take real lessons to polish his skills back in time. But without him bts would miss something. Its a reason why hobi joined Jimin as maindancer, they did a lot of good moves together and enjoy when they can show together their skills as maindancers of bts, special because both were long years roomates and have a deep understanding to each other, not only i dance)

Than we have our worldwidehandsome Jin. He is a must on in every playlist, even when he is a little more of romantic and alternative, but you will see him with other eyes if you noticed how much coldplay likes to collabs with him. He will come back first next months from 18th months military and you can expect a lot from him musicaly, I promise. It will get huge
Last but not least is V, his first soloalbum was a big joy for him and he did a lot show his own musical likings, It may be a little difficult for the most people because of the genre. He loves alternative and jazz and this spirit you find in wonderful songs from him. And I hope nobody hates me now, but I find he as actor would blast our worlds away with his magic talents of acting. He could win an oscar I am sure of it.
That was BTS and welcome to a new world full of wonderful 7 man who are like Art himself. They gave always their best and fullfill at the moment their duty as man to serve the military training. BTS will be back middle 2025 and we will get great stuff from them I am sure of. Maybe we will you find in the fandome than.

Im not a kpop fan, no offense to anyone or other groups. But BTS is a special group of guys. More you watch the more you will understand. I found them in 2017 and i have listened to their music everyday since, only group/artist i have ever done that for. I live in kansas and i flew to las vegas only for their concert nothing else, call me crazy but it was amazing and 110% worth it. I would have never done that for anyone else 💜💜

Now the entire industry is chasing after the trends and expectations that BTS keeps setting higher and higher. New trainees are overwhelmed by the sheer amount of work and content and work ethic each BTS member has.
Even though they're all in the military now, they're still breaking records and releasing new content for fans. The eldest member is due to return from enlistment this June.

Im into DIVAs type of music so switching into BTS (bigger than kpop) is unexpected on me too and Jimin was my angel on my darkest times. Seeing jimins face in a westwern interview via YT Shorts is when i found out about BTS. I didnt know he has a mesmerizing angelic voice. I fell inlove.

At this point, BTS stands apart from KPOP - they evolved beyond its restrictions years ago.
What we in the West refer to as, "KPOP," is properly called, "Idol Music." Mainstream boy & girl group members in Korea (& Japan), are referred to as Idols, so KPOP/Idol Music isn't so much a genre as it's a description of a comprehensive entertainment package: music + singing + dancing + physical appearance + fashion + visual aesthetics + fan interaction + social responsibility. KPOP music is largely derivative, but innovation does exist, particularly in willingness to fuse & blend elements & influences.
Idols are expected to be entertaining, look good doing it & not just adhere to S. Korean socio-cultural norms, but model them. BTS started as an independent Hip Hop Idol group, then grew to international pop star status while remaining independent of the Korean & U.S. music industries, both in terms of financial ties and philosophical approach.

Hello, I'm a 47-year-old Brazilian ARMY. Thank you for your reaction to our boys! I must tell you that it is very common to hear reports of people describing how they “found” BTS in their lives, how important it was, how much they needed them and everything they represented, even when these people didn't even know they needed them. I am part of that large group of fans who discovered support, help or support in some way through their music, messages, struggles and achievements. I was widowed after a relationship of almost 23 years and was going through a depressive process. I don't have children and my husband represented everything to me, he was my friend, my lover, my love, my father, my brother... truly a companion. I can't talk about important moments in my life in which he wasn't a part and his absence left a huge void. I found myself completely lost and disoriented, as if the best part of me had also died with him. By chance, to distract me, my mother (who was already a fan) showed me a performance from one of BTS's shows. I don't know how to explain it exactly, but all that energy touched my heart. From that moment on, every time I listened to his music or watched his videos, I somehow connected and identified with his messages. BTS became a kind of model of optimism for me, giving me strength and love. I believe that the group's trajectory of struggle contributed profoundly to their growth and the construction of what they are today. These boys are not perfect nor do they pretend to be, but they are extremely talented and determined human beings, who give us examples every day of humility, charity, attention, dedication and love for others. They are my daily dose of joy and encouragement, true angels on Earth! I love all 7 of them, I thrive on their achievements and I share their joys and sadness. But I have a special affection for V, he is naturally charismatic and seduced me with his penetrating and sensual gaze. Sorry for the long comment. I will follow your journey with BTS. Agradeço muito à Deus por ter colocado esses meninos em meu caminho no pior momento da minha vida. Foi como a chama de uma vela na escuridão. Durante um bom tempo eu não tive vontade de sorrir e quando sorria era apenas para agradar aqueles que me amam (minha família ou amigos). No entanto, quando os vejo meu sorriso vem fácil, sem esforço e quase sem perceber. Pode parecer exagero e incompreensível para muitas pessoas, mas eles "tocaram" meu coração de uma forma sutil e profunda me levando a desenvolver uma conexão especial com suas mensagens. Até hoje sinto uma extrema dificuldade para dormir, mesmo quando estou medicada. No início, cheguei a ficar 3 dias inteiros acordada e hoje em dia durmo ouvindo suas músicas. They are all songwriters and music producers,

HI , I Am the same i am an USA ARMY BUT NOT A K pop fan but fell in love with bts 4years ago and I am 58 years old and they are the best. i love music and I love music that makes sense and that is what BTS. DO. I WILL NEVER GET TIRED OF WATCHING OR REWATCHING THEIR CATALOG.
80 year old BTS fan here....agree...they are not KPop...they are BTS!...Never cared much for rap until I heard their songs...beat and bars are great and the messages so meaningful

Kpop is not a genre but an industry. BTS grew outside of the industry and the media which was controlled by the industry. When BTS started becoming successful, the industry tried to kill them. They failed. Today BTS turned the tables around by redefining kpop and taking new ownwership to kpop and also some of the media which shat on them in the past.

Y’all should watch the dance practice for this. The LAB who won World of Dance did the choreo and the UCLA marching band did the band music. They filmed this in LA before Covid hit. Also, for dancing, Run BTS dance practice and then the live of it at their last concert in Busan and was the only time they ever performed it. BTS's free concert in Busan, Korea in 2022, was viewed by more than 50 million people in-person, online, and on TV. They are the rare artist that are even better live. 💜

Don't worry, the large majority of ARMY (BTS fans) are also not kpop fans.
Ofc BTS are associated with kpop bc it's the industry they come from and bc western media is apparently allergic to classify any foreign music on anything besides nationality, they do the same with latin music, everything just gets grouped together into one thing despite the latin music scene having and inventing countless different genres.
BTS make korean music, sure, but they have never set out to be a typical "idol group" (what most westerners understand as "kpop music"). Which is why ARMY continues to push for ppl to stop making the association between BTS and every other "kpop group".
They are not the same in any way besides their language and we wish people stopped using that as a way to push BTS away from the rest of the world's best selling artists that come from western countries.
BTS are the biggest group in the world. It's not even a competition, not from other korean groups or even western groups.

1. Most BTS fans are not K-pop fans, which is just statistically true if you just look at the size of BTS fandom and fans of K-pop groups.
2. BTS is different (and has been since debut) from what ppl consider “K-pop”, which is essentially “idol music” from Korea and should not be associated with them just bc of their nationality and deserve to be recognized for the things that set them apart.
What you heard: BTS is the only good thing abt K-pop, everyone and everything else sucks and are not talented, you should not even bother watching other groups.
I said nothing that insults anyone so don’t put words in my mouth and pls leave me alone.
