Right! I know in my state not wearing gloves when removing anything soiled is a automatic fail, I wonder if it's the same for the state of California.

I was told that we don’t need a barrier anymore per Red Cross. In my class we need 3 wash cloths, 1 big towel, soap, basin, 1 clean gown, 1 pair of gloves. We also start from the shoulder and go down in a circular motion to the finger tips. Then we go palms, in circular motion up to armpit and discard washcloth in soiled linen.

Down the middle and wipe the mouth with same side of washcloth? Washes hands twice when leaving?

Never a bad idea to wash hands. I doubt any tester would consider that a fault.
