Today is my state exam! thank you so much for your videos!!
So you just not gonna wash your hands and why don't you have gloves on😢
Hi Diana! 👍 🙏 🙂
What was the answer you recorded?
congratulations to you all I hope you have great careers.
What if you are transferring a comedic person are a big person you would need the help
She forgot to unprovide privacy
That’s not a big deal
She did great but I was taught to never leave a client in a wheelchair without making sure the wheels are unlocked
May that be a skill they always have, it never never have to use, God willing.
It’s a skill that everybody should know but hope nobody needs to preform.
I just passed my state final exam I am just waiting for my skills test I am so nervous about it
How was the exam ? What skills did you get ?
She forgot to check the bedpan for “correct placement”
You have to soak the foot at least 5 min. and change the sides of the towel on clean side each time you wash the foot , back of the foot and between toes Then get new towel for rinse and do the same procedure down stroke Put lotion rub in on the palm of your hands to make it warm . Pat the excess lotion on the foot ..
Suppose to be the bed is on flat position And she should Cross the legs and crops hands
Just here to say thank you so much your videos helped me pass my skills yesterday first time .
Congratulations
I don’t know why we tell patients when we are taking respiratory,
This videos are geared towards passing the state exam. Examiners want them announced otherwise they mark as incomplete
You can say, “I'm here to check your vital signs,” grab their wrist, and pretend to count their pulse when, in reality, count their respiration. However, I'm in NY, and that's allowed here. Not sure about other states.
In reality we don’t tell patients we are going to count respiration, it is confusing
Exactly
Using a clean paper towel to turn facet back on to rinse emesis basin, brush, and cup. 😊
Knee to knee, toe to toe, wouldn't be good body mechanics? I feel like it'd make you lean forward and make you back do the work vs your thighs. I've always taken a wider stance than my patient.
It's only for the test. IRL interaction with patients are way diff
So you just wash one arm & face what about the rest of the body
this is for a modified bed bath for the skills exam you only have to do the face and one arm
TIENES QUE TIRAR LOS ORINES EN LA TAZA DEL BAÑO Y DEJAR EL COMODO LIMPIO TAMBIEN.
NO ES DIFICIL DAR UN BEDBAD NO ME GUSTO MUCHOS ERRORES.
TIENES QUE PONERTE LOS GLO ES TODO EL TIEMPO. INCLUYENDO LA BATA.TE LOS PUEDES CAMBIAR TODO EL TIEMPO.
That looks just like Joe Biden.
No privacy?
What happened to skill # 12? The skill videos went from 11 to 13
Skill 12: measures and record electronic blood pressure is not tasted on skill test exam
I take my State Boards on March 22
Good luck with the test, let us know if the videos helped
I'm take mine soon too I'm so scared
No soap for washing under arm???? How come? Can someone explain why she used the last towel without soap for underarm that understandably is the dirtiest part
The second wash cloth was used to wash from finger tips to underarm. Third wash cloth was used to rinse from finger tips to underarm The second wash cloth did have soap
make sure to remove privacy lol
Wasn’t the denture supposed to go into the basin?
She didn't check the ID band
lucy bad she look like jenna ortega
tryna do dis passive range of motion on her
the one with the 11's
she bad
nah idc she bad
She forgot to use an upward grasp and didn't lock the bed. This video is not a very good one. If the resident were to fall and you're grasping like that they will slip right out of your grasp.
She DID make sure the bed wheels were locked before and after.
You didn’t watch the video I see 😂
Very inf9rmqtive thank you but Lucy looks like the actor from Wednesday
During the test, Are you actually washing the patient or just going through the motions without the water etc
All 3 wash clothes were wet, so how was 1 used to dry the foot??
She didn’t put the bed at working height
is it a requirement or will they take points off? It does take time to raise the bed and lower it down, obviously in working center we would do what’s best for her back!
Shouldn’t you dry with barrier towel bc you wet all 3 towels
Thank you guys so much with the help of your videos and God I passed yesterday so God is so amazing
Good instructor
The rail should’ve been up when u left the patient
Why is this in the CNA playlist?
❤❤❤❤ thanks for the videos today I passed my test!!!! Thanks to God first and thanks to those helpful videos.
Congrats! What skills did you get?
Is this still accurate for 2023
Is there no abduction addiction?
Yes it is
You would probably move a resident's arm more slowly than that, right?
Yes
I hope I get this skill on my test lol
How’s was it
@@ruunheta I got weighing the patient as my measuring skill. I passed :)
Where's the gloves
