For personal story, my youngest sister died of cancer in 2020 and her husband (one of my best friends from childhood) killed himself two years after. Something broke inside of me as well and I've been prone to sudden bouts of emotional outbursts since. Randomly crying, sudden rage, similar. It felt wrong originally to go seek aid because "I wasn't the one affected, I don't want to make this about me". But I eventually did and it helped.
I went with those who exemplified the most symptoms, GT does appear to have suffered from PTSD, though it could also e symptoms of phobia. I would need to go more in dept than just a video like this.
