Does bacterium passes through all these phases everytime it divides? Or these 4 are just conditions?

i have a question so if you add a antibiotic in the stationary phase what would happen ? and why
2 things can happen depends upon what type of antibiotics are you using. 1) stationary phase remains same as it is (Means no more growth) 2) Stationary phase decrease(means death increase)- Bactericidal antibiotics.
The result of adding an antibiotic to a stationary phase bacterial culture would depend on the antibiotic & how the antibiotic works. If you added penicillin (or a similar antibiotic), you would notice only very slow killing or no killing of the bacteria, since penicillin works by blocking new cell wall (peptidoglycan) biosynthesis. Bacteria are making little or no new cell wall during stationary phase. If you added gramicidin (or similar antibiotics), you would see extensive killing of the bacteria, since gramicidins depolarize (make holes) in the cell membrane. Even in stationary phase, bacteria need an intact (polarized) cell membrane.
i liked just bcz of the intro, that was my fav backgroun music when i was a kid
