    So how you know if a fish can be eaten raw ? If i go to a regular store and buy fresh fish i can use this ? Ir do i need specific fish ?? I love sushi 🍣 and i want to start this for hobby. Just followed you.
    I like in Sacramento California and my wifes friend is name mikuni. Makuni sushi in Sacramento is really good sushi. He is a great guy as well
