5 days before my dissertation submission and my thesis guide adds a ANOVA test in my study. This video helped me understand the basics to interpret my results. This was a godsend! Thank you!
Had to run a one-way ANOVA for one of the questions on my applied project for my graduate stats class. Your video saved me and was so easy to understand. I really appreciate you taking the time to post this!
From your 20 Videos in the last 5 months( EFA< CFA, SEM, Moderator Interaction, ANOVA, Correlation, Regression) I got the right basics, and moreover the assumptions from different authors. Great work, neatly done. Simply great sir.
Dear Mr. Fawad, thank you for your time and effort making this invaluable video. You are just incredible. The video was perfectly helpful and guiding. God Bless you
Thankyou for this explanation sir. Since My hypothesis is : there is no significant difference in different levels of emotional maturity on resilience. Can I use One way Anova taking resilience as dependent?
If assumed, you can use LSD, Bonferroni, or Tukey. However, there is no single test recommended. These are mostly used. Some also say, that one may do trial and error to see which gives better results.
You should make null hypothesis as well....as this alternate Hypothesis H1 is confusing; we all have learnt if Sig. Value is less then 0.05, we reject Null Hypothesis (H0) and accept Alternate Hypospadias (H1)
In the results where we write the mean and the SD, can we also say the differences in the p-value we found on the post-hok test? For example, Junior employees M+SD was different from Senior employees M + SD (p-value)
First, Thank you. I am doing a survey on Managerial communication and his impact on work performance . Since managerial communication is an interaction between managers and employees . I would like to test if manager's demo graphical factors affect the level of managerial communication . Hi, can you please suggest any book(s)/article(s)/video(s) which help us to learn how to write a research article(s)? Of course, learning about research methodologies, data analyses, etc., are important; however, not knowing how to write/present the literature review, findings, discussions, etc., is even more important. P.S. Thanks for your hard work in developing such informative videos for us.

Sir if one way ANOVA results give significant results for DV and one IV for one of the moderators..then can we further do multiple regression and moderation analysis?
@@researchwithfawad Sir, but most of the reviews say that we can't analyse single Likert item (on 5 point scale), through parametric tests, as it is ordinal in nature. Please clarify & guide
hello sir, from this analysis, we can say that junior and middle-level employees are more committed to the organization than senior-level employees?? please reply.
I have a problem , I have a independent variable say irrigation type (a) Cannel b ) Wetland and Dependent variable Blighted leaf , so which test is best for the which irrigation type influence significantly to Blighted leaf, and how much ?
Hello! If I want to see whether there is any significant difference in means in 2 groups, then can I still use one way ANOVA or it is better if I use 2 sample t-test? Thank you for your help!
Sir, I want to see demographic impacts on adoption of fintech. Now adoption data is on likert scale. Please suggest me whether Anova can be Applied or not?
Sir my study is comparative cross sectional study adlnd my research is comparison of retinal sensitivity with age soo what do I have to apply?? Like one way ANOVA options??
Hello Sir! I know this video is about ANOVA, but I would have a question about MANOVA, unfortunately I coudn't find a video regarding this. I'm really confused and shocked right now: A prerequisite of the MANOVA is that the dependent variables are at least interval scaled, right? Does this mean that I am not allowed to calculate a MANOVA with my ordinally scaled data (5-point Likert scale from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree")?? But in the paper that my experiment is based on, the authors did it this way..?? I am so confused right now
If I am really not allowed to measure a MANOVA, what kind of test could i measure to test for group differences? I think it would maybe be the kruskal-wallis-test? But again, why did eroglu et al. (2022) measure a manova then..
Commitment is measured using different items that were later indexed. To do so you can calculate the mean score of the indicators. Go to Transform -> Compute Variable In the Targent Variable Box -> Commitment In the Numeric Expression -> Mean(COMM1, COMM2, ......., COMMN)
the homogeniety of variance value is 0.004 which is greater than p value of 0.001, then it is not significant.. how can we say it is significant? pls explain

Why not if years are considered tye grouping variable.

from this analysis, we can say that junior and middle-level employees are more committed to the organization than senior-level employees??

You can use linear regression analysis if the numbers have equal intervals.

In the Numeric Expression -> Mean(COMM1, COMM2, ......., COMMN)

the homogeniety of variance value is 0.004 which is greater than p value of 0.001, then it is not significant.. how can we say it is significant? pls explain
Homogeneity of variance less than 0.05 is significant. Hence, equal variance is not assumed.
Sir, levene's rest value should be more than 0.05 na??
Sir can we use scale category as independent variable
Yes, any variable with three or more categories can serve as IV, the DV should be numerical

It is three or over.
What if your Levene statistic isn't significant but your ANOVA results are significant and Post Hoc results are significant? Can you still reject the null hypothesis that homogeneity of means exists?
No Hypothesis is accepted or rejected based on ANOVA results not Levene statistics. Levene statistic is an assumption for homogeneity.
