Never knew Eddie lifted 500 KGs, funny how he never mentioned it before.
Is that a WERLD record? He needs to tell us the story
Chris Stanley the story of his werld record haha
You almost made me spit my coffee
@Gavin Fraser damn, must have missed him talking about that too
:))))))
Benny lifting over a 1000 with just grip strength is insane
philhellmuff yes benni has the raw world record
and he even lowered the bar down! incredible
@@zntei2374 I think you have to for it to count. Powerlifting is like this?
Cailer Woolam will beat Benni's max at nearly half his bodyweight soon enough
doing 460 without a suit is well impressive all others over that weight had suits on and he handled it so well
I wish someone would look at me the way that Eddie looks at Eddie.
@Sébastien Bédard narcissistic isn't it
Lol
He’s the Kanye West of strongman
😂😂
Hii❤
460kg without straps is so absurd. Highly underrated lift. One of the greatest lifts of all time.
thats why its 2nd
He could have done more too
Placing that shit down like it was a baby
He lifted it as easily as I lift shopping bags.
2nd in the list surely isn't underrated
Eddie would pat himself on the back, but he can't reach.
😂😂😂😂
😂 😆 😂 😜 😂 😅...!
Actually he can
@@tatarcavalry2342 it was a joke you cretin
@@crazyhiphopp shut up
Eddie just flexin
Lifts half a tonne = owns the bragging rights...
If you could do such a lift, you would too
Yeah, this list is just weird in the ones that were included (and not included), and the ordering.
I think Ronnie Coleman should've been number 1 actually
Ik he has the bragging rights and all that it's a joke
I really appreciate putting Ronnie Coleman in here 👌
I thought when he said "strongest body builder" I was expecting Mariusz Pudzi to Come UP xD
Yea', buddy!!! Light weight, baby!!!
@@keiztrat9109 I was expecting Larry wheels
@@zixdokolkata7058 i think Ronnie is still stronger than larry(for now) cause ronnie trains hard really really hard when he was rivalring on jay cutler and ronnie is a lot older than larry for bodybuilding you know what i mean
@@zixdokolkata7058 I think he meant ifbb pros only
6:11 He didn't even drop it. RESPECT
If Eddie screamed "Yeah Buddy" before the deadlift he could have done 3 more reps
N S G 😂😂😂 definitely
LIGHTWEIGHT BABY
Dale.Dale.Dale...Lenny reps
Ain’t nothin to it but to do it
Ronnie always had it easy compared to other lifters. All the weights he used were light.
Eddie's so nice, he included himself twice!
I expected half to be of him ngl.
Humble man is our Eddie
Distantraven What does ngl stand for?
@@cocotaveras8975 "not going to lie"
Zachary Brogdon *not gonna lie
ah, my favorite competitor none other than *B R A I N S H A W*
Yep..
I didn’t even notice that 🤣
Eddie Hall's 500KG deadlift will always be the most iconic moment in the strongman sport 💯💪🏼🔥
I like how he included some deadlifts in here for historical context as well. The guy who first did 5 times his own body weight (absolutely insane by the way to do that) and the guy who first deadlifted over 1000 pounds would have been milestone guys for the sports of strongman and powerlifting. Shows Eddie knows where the progress of today was built on the success of pioneers for the sport in the past. That's real respect
If I am not mistaken, they also dedicate a history channel series to it?
Fact dude
Ronnie doing 900 twice that fast was pretty crazy too
Pancouver venguins that was 800
@@wubi1986 it said 900, but idk
This is like the one meme of Obama putting a medal on himself
Sam underrated comment that I've never seen
I came to see ronnie coleman mention, everytime i see him and I am a happy man
The biggest impresion on me was Benni Magnusson. He lifted 460 kgs without straps and suit.... That's fucking awesome.
460 NO STRAPS is a very underrated achievement. Imo the 2nd most impressive after Eddie Hall 500kg. Also Benni looked like he had more in the tank it looked so easy
@justin abraham arguably yes the sheer fact that his grip can even hold that weight is unique historically
@@kooroshrostami27 nobody will beat brian shaw in grip strengh though xD
And look how gently he put the weight down!
He even lower the bar easily
That's what I was thinking..
I gues with straps and body suit he'd be able to lift 500kgs
That Eddie guy should compete in worlds strongest man
I've heard he has a decent deadlift
@@Scythenn lmao
@Rap Lawyer I heard he pulled the plane after his rehydration pills
@Jayden Ijtsma woooosh
ProMo he’s already won it.
Ronnie throwing 900 TWICE was just nuts
I believe it was 800
6:45 my favorite deadlift
Ronnie: Lightweight, baby!
Eddie: Hydrate, baby!
Arnold: Hasta Lavista Baby!
😂😂😂
I love the fact that he included Ronnie Coleman.
Lightweight babyyy
And added 100 pounds to what he actually lifted
Respect
How could he not. He deadlifted 800lb twice at a very low body fat level. Big respect to Eddie for that, he knows the crack. Ronnie was on another level. I didn't like Ronnie's physique. But to pick that shit up at that body fat level is one of the most impressive things I've ever seen.
@@henryt5309 ohh. Must be a mistake
Ronnie Coleman lifts a monstrous amount of weight.
"lightweight" LMAOOOOOOO
Lol it's actually absurd that he did 2 clean lifts at 900 lbs
Especially when hes extremely depleted and lethargic from a diet. 2 easy reps!!!
@@user-ly3tc8qm4b he's a legend man.
Ronnie was the best... 2 week befor competition he lifted 365 kg... Wtf
and also for 2 raps he can go 385 for 1 with 6-7% body fat.. thats huge baby that's why he is legend, after that larry wheels is my hope
@@omegaRON nah Larry is not strong..lmao
@@sondarang538 he is dude, he lifts more he is better powerlifter than ronnie sir
@@omegaRON yes
@@omegaRON actually Ronnie had less than 3% body fat at that point.
If Eddie was hydrated that day, he could’ve gone for another rep 😂
Rockson N
Sees great comment: 😃👍

These copy+paste hydration jokes are getting boring tbh...
@@BatMan-yc7vm almost as absurd as Brian shaws lateness
Say that to Eddie's face and he will in fact lift you and throw you out of a fifth floor window
He said he drank a whole case of orange soda the night before. I mean that’s at least twelve I bet.
Eddie's wife reaction when Eddie was bleeding vs stadium reaction...true love for Eddie..
I think that was the reaction of any person watching that close. He bled through his eyes, fainted and then
started to convulse. Pretty scary.
How dehydrated are you to write "true" wrong?

The strongest man! Great job Eddie. Keep pushing out videos man. You're very inspirational
6:53 - one and only eddie. There aint anyone like him and will never be. Much love mate ❤
Wait, Eddie has the deadlift world record? I've never heard him mention it.
Me neither
THERE IS A DOCUMENTARY ABOUT IT. IT'S VERY BEAUTIFULL.
Ayyye. What’s up TN fam?
Big Z lifted 525kg😂😂
@@user-vg6ow8in5s thats a tyre pull. Further up off the ground is much less difficult
Pulling 525kg off the ground like a normal deadlift would absolutely kill you
Your lovely wife was terrified when you collapsed after that deadlift.
Soaponslope and Sebastian Oreb behind her in absolute disbelief
And everybody else is cheering lol
@@jimmyjames8573 he passed out and had concussion like symptoms and memory problems for months afterwards. The human body isnt physically able to lift 500kg off the ground like that, so he used psychotherapy to tap into the fight or flight mentality allowing him to have access to more of his muscle fibers. Kind of like how a woman can move a car off their trapped child. That was his mindset lifting the bar.
It's a lift you can only do once. 500kg is that damaging. No one else has even come close to 500kg. The tyre pull in this video was from further off the ground
@@TheBacknblack92 watch thor do it easy 😂
his mum also....

Always gives me goosebumps when i see this
Well done eddie hall
U r my Ideal
Man, for real, Ronnie doing 900 for a double without a lifting suit and 2 weeks out of a bodybuilding competition, being dehydrated, at a caloric deficit and all that shit, it's more amazing than what i used to believe it was, a truly deserved honorable mention there.
It's 800
Wrong mentioned
"Brain" Shaw?
Seriously Eddie how dehydrated do you have to be to spell Brian wrong!??
Lmao! Haha Haha, I saw too!

Eddie the king of the bar. Incredible man! Not just anybody can achieve that
Me during the whole video”hmmm I wonder what number 1 is”
Classic Eddie putting his 472KG lift over Thor's 474 lift
His was with a standard straight bar alot harder than halfthors
@@patrickpedersen6141 Ok, my mistake
That was a elephant bar mate
Both elephant bars.
Are any of these lifts with stiff bar? I no longer understand these bars. Like the untested feds 'standard' bar (like the ones Cailer Woolam etc. use) apparently use deadlift bars whereas IPF uses these stiff bars. Does standard bar mean the IPF type stiff bar or the untested fed deadlift bar?
Eddie you man set to goal others. Love you man.
Sir you are just awesome
Eddie and Brian
You both are my inspiration 😇😇
"Have you heard the story of my world record" 😂😂
It's a record of the world
Gather around children
Let me tell you the story of my world record.
1:48 that’s the definition of pound for pound one of the strongest men ever
Seeing the size of these guys it makes Clarence Kennedys heaviest deadlift and squats seem even more impressive
This dude height? 60kg with that frame? Lol
@@Jules-kp7rw the story here is that Lamar Gant has severe scoliosis so his torso is actually super short compared to the rest of his body meaning his effective range of motion is also way shorter from the ground giving him a unique advantage in the DL. :)
Always the beast and the messenger of all to come
Very well compiled, Thank you
When ronnie came in
THATS when i think eddie obeys those people who deserve true repect and now eddie is also living legends among us 😍😍
I do like ronnie
That intro killed me😂😂😭
They are so weird 😂😂
wasnt that funny
amrito68 it's so stupid that it's funny
Please don't die
Very accurate and correct classification of the lifts. The Beast keeps on rulling.
When you’re the best, the worst come chirping. Keep it up Eddie. You’re record speaks for itself
This entire video was just to show/remind us that eddie hall lifted 500kg
"Tell me again about your world record" - Brian Shaw
I love this sport so much 😍😍, it is the very reason why i initially got motivated to become bigger and stronger by going to the gym a lot.
Eddie the monster salute u for ur great work 🙏
"how to flex tutorial" would have been a more accurate title
“Brain Shaw” they really did him like that tho
XD
Keep in mind that this is Eddie's channel, just cause he can lift doesn't mean he can spell properly. :P
i think it was joke to him cuz shaw is big friend of eddy
Impressive list of all the greats
UR THE BEST EDDIE!
Imagine if Coleman would've been a 200kg strongman. He'd be strong as hell
Imagine if Lamar Grant was a 200kg strongman
Coleman and many others believe if he trained all out for strong man contests with plenty of bulk he could have been the strongest ever.
yeah :D
he would be Pudzianowski 2.0 :D
@@markwood9987 that's just pure speculation though there is so much more to strongman than static lifts ...I keep seeing on comment sections people claiming what ronnie could've been ..he was a great bodybuilder but to say he could've been a great strongman shows a lack of understanding of the sport
@gjaddajg Yeah but he has such low bodyfat% at that lift. Bulking up helps immensely with strength. Too bad he would've been way too short tho.
I wont ever get tired to see this lift Eddie, this is so moving and inspiring! No, not for me to attempt this, but to se the way you sir did it, trained to it and endured! Wow and wow!
Respect to everyone, but mainly to Eddie The Beast... All the best mate, keep it up. 💪🏻💪🏻👍🏻
Some epic effects there eddie

Eddie, Brian, Thor and much more inspire me everyday to go harder than ever before and inspire me to not give up💪🏽💪🏽🔥
I cried when Eddie lifted 500 kg 👍🏻
Benny Magnuson’s no strap, no suit lift is still the best in the world. That lift was unbelievable, and he made it look easy.
He loves to flex.
And he has every right to do so!
Not long before Thor breaks his record 😂😂 till then he can say whatever he wants.
@@thearchitect3497 thor isnt lifting 501kg,

This intro isn't realistic.
In reality those kicks at the start would have killed both Godzilla and King Kong.
Simon Ducamp if eddie was hydrated, he would just look at them both and they would instantly become dust 😂😂
@SUPER MAN'S POWER TEAM chill dude, it was mike tyson who wrote it.
Simon Ducamp they'd be hopping around with a sore toe
You had me in the first half ngl

Happy to see that despite your differences you steal put hafthor in this list it’s nice to see that you still respect his performance after what he did to you. Big up to you man
Good watch, thanks Eddie. I appreciate the Special Guest appearance, and that Lamar is in the list.
But the guy who starts the list is called Brian Shaw, not Brain Shaw :)
Big love the Beast ..Damm💪 Subscribers rolling in fast
Don't tell me this video wasn't just to flex
500kg deadlift = bragging rights
Wouldnt you? Pussboi
Sam I'd say he's still interested in that
All eddie does is flex and pick up heavy as fuck weights.
We'd all do the same if we could
@@roflmfao4life It's a joke my guy

Eddi Hall best Strongmann ever. Extremly strong and sympathic !
I always found Benny Magnusson's lift to be the most impressive deadlift of all time
a subtle flex but ok

There is nothing subtle about that.
Think that's Sebastian Oreb, saw a vid of him training with Thor recently. Goes by "Australian Strength Coach" on youtube.

I was just waiting for that number 1 beast eddie hall
It was actually Brian that was supposed to lift 500 kg, but he was late so Eddie did it instead.
For people ho don't know this is a joke :]
Should be called most impressive deadlifts and not heaviest.
He put heaviest because he knew he was number 1.
Black Lit. Black Hist. Heaviest deadlift on a standard bar with suit and straps allowed. Not the heaviest tho

Eddie is the epitome of a true man of his word
Awesome personality
Well deserved success
Greatest inspiration in my eyes of a real Strong Man
Benni’s deadlifts are fucking primal!
Its flys in the face of what most big deadlifters do, ie, a methodical approach and maybe a little lucky routine.
He just curses the bar or something, storms up there and doesnt even seem like he positions himself, just just rags the thing off the floor and
then slowly lowers it.
Amazing
Man this is sooo motivating and mentioning Ronnie Coleman was really good✌️✌️✌️👌👌
Basically MEN
Eddie, could you do a video sometime talking about the different bars? Like standard and elephant etc...
We just gonna forget that he names Brian Shaw “Brain Shaw” 😂😂 I love you Eddie
I show your deadlift live 😍❤️ loveyou Eddy Hall
Eddie Hall, the first man on earth to lift half a ton, no doubt when passing the decades this man will make a statue in his honor.
Furn333 if that happens there will be hell to pay
