I am honestly blown away at how cool this video is. That is amazing that Rokoko reached out and asked you to do a review. You are a legend!!!!!!! Pretty awesome that you showed what the software looks like, how to use it and even how to export it for people using Unreal. What is even more helpful is that you mention the additional gear someone will need to charge it. I was wondering why the lines on the timeline had spaces, and of course, you covered that too. You are the best!!
Your to kind thank you! I have more videos planned I'm going to do a tutorial style Rokoko to C4D next then another one for Rokoko to Unreal Engine after but then I think I might finally knock a short film out it's about time I do one.
@@JonathanWinbush if you do a short film, we will all be out of business!! You've got mad skills. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. So lucky to have found you!
This is very cool that easier mocap is filtering down to more realistic price levels but when I saw that little clip of the RTX3080/90 in the launch livestream thing using a camera to map a character onto just your movements recorded from that one camera. That was impressive. How good that actually turns out to be I don't know but the glimpse I got had me excited I could actually use this. Facial animation too!
@@JonathanWinbush ua-cam.com/video/HyZn4YAz89M/v-deo.html i think its any camera or video file. that clip is short but it should start around 33 seconds in which is where you see the mocap stuff nvidia calls "Poser Estimation" using A.I to understand how you're moving against any background, crazy stuff man, the facial animation comes after that

They do make all types of sizes and they have a size chart on their site as well. If you want to do character animations it's definitely worth looking into they just released these mocap gloves too which look insane for finger tracking.
IIRC they were releasing gloves as well to track finger movement. Would help with a lot of cleanup/adding animations for the fingers. I have my eyes on this rokoko suit, will see the competition and choose accordingly.

Yea so far I still like it I just used it for my lastest animation for Epic Games here ua-cam.com/video/o68Ul6hzvbc/v-deo.html It does have its kickbacks but for the price, you can't beat it. I'm still waiting on my Rokoko Gloves to come in but my one friend that has them already really likes them. If you reach out to them they will do a live skype demo for you so you can at least see them using it and they will answer all your concerns its what I did before I got mine.
