interested in filling the extremely large hallow of my pickup between inside wall of the bed and outside fender to prevent dents . what foam would you suggest.? And would it last under a truck ?
It seems to have kind of an off white color, as opposed to typical surfboard foams which are very white. Do you have a more bright white version that could be used for surfboards?
+IClausius The white surfboard foam you are referring to is actually a different type of foam. There are a few benefits to our foam (MDI), but if the white appearance is your primary concern, you could add our #141 White Urethane Pigment to the resin side of the foam prior to mixing.
All of the chemical names inside the mix & pour foam are located in the product safety data sheet underneath the documents tab on this page www.fibreglast.com/product/2lb-Mix-And-Pour-Foam/Mix-and-Pour-Foam For any more questions or concerns please contact our customer service representatives at 800-838-8984 or customerservice@fibreglast.com Thank You
Unfortunately no there is not. Once the two part system has been mixed the chemical reaction causing the foam expansion starts taking place immediately.
@@desharchit1 This foam was tested at 100°C for 7 days and the stability of the foam diminished somewhat. It was not tested at a temperature higher than that. So I feel it is safe to assume that at 120°C even for an hour it will degrade to one degree or another.
Very good video.
Could you use this in a spray or injection gun set up where it mixes itself as it comes threw the gun
can this be used to stop a leak in a pond dam?
Would you please show the 624 and 625 mixed and poured and both handled and cut after preferred curing time? is there another video link?

I have a question if you don't mind… is it possible to lengthen the 45 seconds to about couple of minutes in any way?
Unfortunately no there is not. Once the two part system has been mixed the chemical reaction causing the foam expansion starts taking place immediately.
Till what temperature is the foam stable?
This foam has a flash point up to 400°F but we do not recommend it being subjected to such elevated temperatures.
@@fibreglast can it be subjected to 120 C for 1 hour

Is this suitable for a transom which supports a 250 lb outboard motor?
For an outboard supporting transom we would recommend our 6# Mix and Pour foam (#624/625) due to the superior strength properties.
Do you offer expanding foam I can use to make custom seat cushions with?
Unfortunately we do not offer that type of expanding foam.
This stuff will work for that, you just have to dial the density in that you are looking for.
blah blah blah blah.
