Quite simple the most wonderful comedy character ever created. Superbly conceived, written, and performed. The count just hits my funny bone like nobody else. Love it🤣🤣
Only the BBC could stop Count Arthur after 3 series!!! He is brilliant! Instead we have an alternative of the comedians in their own personal grave yards doing talk shows, quiz shows, holiday shows and adverts. Cheap television! Suppose it pays, but they are not funny....unlike Count Arthur Strong who gets taken off!!
Comedy genius. His live show is a real tour de force. The radio shows are fantastic and it was good to see him get wider exposure on the tv but how he manages to do these shows 2 hours or so is amazing.
Still brilliant. I cherish memories of sharing a drink with Steve in the Komedia bar down in Brighton after watching radio recordings back in the Radio 4 days.
One of the few performers who makes me actually LOL. Not one to watch while drinking tea and Hob-Nobs, as you’ll be blowing oats out of your sinusssessess for days.
Amazing as ever, such a perfect character love everything you do. Also saw you life the other day in Shrewsbury brilliant performance. Thanks for the signed book.
I've got tickets to see the great Count in May, I really am! I will sit there in the auditorimum and cleverly laugh in all the right moments which should make him nervous and be very discomplacent. Then afterwards I will meet him. Hopefully the Count will be there. For the last two seasons some bloke called Steve Delaney and I'm not making this up, has come out instead, and waffled on at us. I'll be ready this time. Doncaster Theatre, with a different hat on so he doesn't recognise me from Adam or Eve. So don't come that!!!!
If you haven't seen it, you really need to listen to his Nativity telling.. sheer genius.. I had tears rolling down my face laughing XD 'Because there was...no....Doris'.. Brilliant XD
The Count should come with a pubic warning. Was listening to one of his VD’s while driving on the Mi5 and nearly ended up on the cold shoulder I was laughing so much.
@@davidowen6977 I rate Steve at the very top of our long history of comedic actors, if only for the fact that the Count is purely his own creation. He's on shortlist for sure . I'm 66yo and I grew up with radio comedy, all the greats, Hancock, Al Read etc and they're great, but CAS radio show made me laugh out loud more than anything I've heard before. He is a genius.
It shows how little talent there are at the BBC comedy department. His tv and radio shows were hilarious and totally " safe " for family viwing. Now days it's only the " woke " mob who get employed by that lot, no matter how unfunny the are. Good job the licence fee is soon to be removed from that awful organization.
You don't have to put up with it Graham just like I don't have to put up with the bloody masked singer or bake off. I don't watch them. Can't get much more Southern than my beloved Kent. Count Arthur Strong and even more northern Still Game the best comedies of the last 15 years 👍
Shame you have to put up with the video you clicked on. I know the pain you're going through. Whenever I drive for an hour to a nearby town and peer through the window of the house near the car park, the wallpaper is bloody awful. Why should I put up with it?
It’s about time that The Count made a return to the wireless. I really do.
I susppose one must agree
It’s great seeing him live, but I agree, it would be great to hear him again.
Absolutely mate!
The lousy BBC mustn't like him because he isn't " woke ".
Defo! Great live, and love the TV show (again we could do with more of that!) but I think the radio series works the best!
Never got into the TV series,it belongs on the radio, IMO
Quite simple the most wonderful comedy character ever created. Superbly conceived, written, and performed. The count just hits my funny bone like nobody else. Love it🤣🤣
One of the most brilliantly realised and performed comedy characters, I really do. I will never understand why the sitcom got cancelled.

Would love to see more of the live performances uploaded. When the Count is in full swing, there's nobody funnier!
Always like a bit of Arthur on a Saturday morning before I go out to the shoe shops.
The count having an argument with himself. What could be better?
Having tpit with Barry Crier who wrote and performed the scene with him.
Crier (rip) was a bloody awful actor@@JETJOOBOY
Comedy genius.
His live show is a real tour de force. The radio shows are fantastic and it was good to see him get wider exposure on the tv but how he manages to do these shows 2 hours or so is amazing.
Shame I can't like the Count's videos ten times each: HILARIOUS!!
Listened to him years ago on mark Riley's show. He was doing the wine testing. Pure genius
The Count tv series was very funny..needs another asap..
Still brilliant. I cherish memories of sharing a drink with Steve in the Komedia bar down in Brighton after watching radio recordings back in the Radio 4 days.
Then he woke up and went on an insane adventure with Barry Cryer looking for his briefcase... if you know you know XD

So did I!
seeing the Count on Saturday. Can't wait.

Talking about Dracula. He apparently couldn’t see his reflection in a mirror. Christopher Lee’s hair was always immaculate 😀🏴
Count Arthur and count Dracula together at long last. Although Dracula seems to be invisible I notice I really do
Utter genius
Absolute genius.Pure comedy created from nothing.Just amazing.

Baby Judas that made me roar

I just love this man he's Fantastic every time.😂🎉❤
An absolute genius
Beyond brilliant. How is it that this guy hasn’t yet made a breakthrough? Baffling.
Brilliant as ever
The only time i cry.
One of his best ever sketches.
Perfect for hallowe’en!
Brilliant!
Dracula: "Come over 'ere an' say that!" etc.
🤣
Genius! Simply inspired!
Superb! You are excellent as always!
Genius. 7.5k views. A cute puppy falling asleep will garner 3m. There's no justice. Their loss.
Why is this guy not in coronation st , wouldn't it be worth watching again :))
Beautiful lighting
Just when you need Barry Cryer.
The man's a damn genius
RIP
Barry Crier.
Demented. Daft. Delaney,inspired ⭐
Great isn't it. Organised mayhem.
@@myoldmate Organised? Yet it must take some comedic craft to produce this. Only SD can sustain chaos on the edge for an entire show.

And 'bugger'.
I wouldn't get away with saying that in my house.
And I live on my own.
This was genius.
Best on radio
I wish he would come back to the telly and radio
It's nice to meet you! I really do !
Comedy genious
Why the hell did they cancel his show 😮 good honest comedy
Pure comedy created from nothing.Amazing.He is a genius.Nobody else makes me laugh like he does?
Find it hilarious but it should get on your nerves but his radio shows as well are just brilliant
Hes hilarious, I think some people just don't get him 🤣
Same as John shuttleworth they just dont get it comedy genius.
And through it all, I've always bathed. I mean I really really do

The new Tommy Cooper 😂😂😂😂
Bring back the tv series
Who thought of that character.🤣😂
Steve Delaney
😄
Surely the"O" in the word Count is superfluous.
😂👍
Draclia, lol
Stamps!
If the wind changes your stay like that
Forget the BBC keep to the live stuff.. 😂
There’s less wire now so it’s time to get back on the wireless
😂😂😂😂😂
Terrifying Shenanigans
Draclia.....lmao.
At his best on stage or on the wireless. The tv series missed the mark by a country mile.
I couldn’t disagree more. The tv series was brilliant as was the relationship with Rory!
@@normsky1000 We are each entitled to our opinion.
I thought it was very good. One of the few so calked comedy things on the BBC.
Like both
I agree Stephen especially the radio show
Went to Arthur’s recent show (And this me), it was rubbish. Sad to see. I’ve always been fan.
Same here, saw him about 4yrs ago and was very disappointed. Still enjoy his radio stuff though.
Bad language spoils it.
Was that funny
Yawn...
The most unfunny "comedy" act. Typical Northern "humour" that just doesn't travel. Such a shame we southerners have to put up with such tripe.
He’s Irish
