Vote and go home, those people are fully take care of by tax payer for life, they are in Karen to stay.............. Great Lee Njiru That was informative especially to those who think election in a matter of life and death....... As a Kenyan am prepared for whoever presidency. A Raila presidency or A Dr Ruto presidency as my choice is, But open minded for whichever scenario in a free fair transparent electoral process Great Mr Lee
I will never ever argue and run my blood pressure up when thinking about the politicians! NEVER. THANK YOU SO MUCH MR.LEE. OOOOOOOO YOU HAVE SAVED MY ENERGY. VOTE GO HOME AND MIND MY BUSINESS.
Lee you are scholar and mentor. Teach a course on Kenya Presidency you younger political science students at level 400. Do mentorships to aspiring career diplomats and civil servants at KSG. Kudos
I'm just wishing the interview never ends.. Wow, Mzee Lee Njiru, you truly were a loyal and honourable person... When ever I see you it gets very nostalgic cause you remind me of nyayo milk, nyayo tea and all the good days of mnyonyoko ya udongo.... Asante sana Mzee Lee Njiru..
The guy's historical knowledge should be documented and used as a case study on Leadership and Governance. Leaders should be aware that those around them can do more damage to their reputation and nothing can be done to restore the public's faith.
Undoubtedly the best show ever for JKL that I've been able to watch, Eloquence Charisma Informative and Brilliance all in one conversation, We need him to address the nation every single day after 9;00 pm news.
Good News Translation Ephesians 3:8 I am less than the least of all God's people; yet God gave me this privilege of taking to the Gentiles the Good News about the infinite riches of Christ,
pure wisdom, on the point of voting for either ruto or raila u hit the nail on the head, we pay for everything they have yet after 5years there here giving empty promises, i rather pray and work 4 myself than vote for this goons..heri ipotee na wajakoyah"People of Kenya must learn to think about themselves but not those people who are already taken care of," Lee njiru
This is the best JKL interview ever! Lee Njiru is a legend, sharp memory.I have watched this nearly 5 times....."The document🤣🤣"...and Waldorf Astoria ❤️
This man's brain is sharp! Still recalls events from 42 years ago to the detail...But that Rungu was everything eh....State house extravagance goes way back!
He was my employer in his private business in nakuru. I road with him in his mercedes to his home. It was all humour along the way. I know he lives there todate. Will visit him and sit by his fireplace
I can barely remember my last dinner after 12 hrs shift hustling 🫣🇰🇪A wise man Mr Lee it’s like sitting listening to my mentor Mandela 👍❤️🇰🇪watching from Iceland 👀👀👀 I’ve been to the library today thanks Jeff see u soon when I come to Kenya I do run a hydroponics farm I’d like you to air it please
This is one debate that I have really enjoyed, and I will recommend it to all Kenya's, let me say if people of KENYA will come to understand some of those SECRETS and insight there eyes will be opened and they will understand that they don't need to fight at all because of whom ever candidate, THANK YOU JEFF FOR BRINGING THIS ESTEEMED SIR TO HELP MAY KENYA'S 🙏🙏🌷
Thank you Jeff for this amazingly wonderful insight with a very faithful servant Mr Lee Njru. He is simply a legend. I hope many Kenyans are watching especially from here (UK) where I am watching from. Thanks again Jeff.
I had no idea that Mr. Njiru was so humorous! He always looked so serious. Preparing for and planning funeral arrangements for a former head of state should be something that is well established and not an afterthought. This is a very insightful interview. Amazing how he referenced the "rot" and infighting at State House. Good job Mr. Njiru
Respect Sir 💯 There's absolutely nothing wrong with planning ahead 😊 Waldorf Astoria 👌🏽 I would like to read the book and also recommend that the youth read the book. This is priceless history/wisdom
Hi jeff, your show remains the most outstanding so far, with the most humility, I request you to invite two (2) buddys whom you used to bring to your show when they were both mps in the last parliament & are now both GOVERNORS in Nairobi & makueni county respectively - the former Hon mp for mbooni & the Hon senator for Nairobi respectively & now excellency governor for makueni & NBI respectively. ooh my!! 😅
His memory is just magical. Wow God bless you sir. May you live a long peaceful life full of health and strength. May He get people to be around him the same way he was there for mzee Moi.
I may not agree with him but the guy has a sharp memory, i liked the story about UN and the advice he gave concerning Ruto and Raila. His book reminds me of 'the Prince' by Nicole Machiavelli. As God fearing Kenyan, am concerned about witchcraft in the highest office in our land, Kenyans let's pray for our nation.
Thank you Jeff Koinange. The good thing with Jeff is that he lets his guests talk. He lets them give their story. He lets them do it without interruption unlike todays young journalists who interrupt guests, the, interrupt their own interruption. Anyone who watched the presidential debate and the DP debate too knows what I am talking about.
Wow i have learnt a lot from this man. Very humble man and loaded with words of wisdom. I have to say he's left me something to chew on. Can i purchase his book from Amazon?
The last time I enjoyed an interview such as this, was when the, "shoka from Gachoka", Tony Gachoka, used to appear and cut people down to size. What a guy, what an interview.
It’s unbelievable at his age he has a clear memory and an eloquent diction,Lee njiru we are glad for making our faded days bright with your great stories which u have put in that book.I’ll get a copy .may God grant you more years
Can We Have 48 Elders from All of more than Kenya's 48 Tribes...We need Words of Wisdom across all generations, Age sets,Age Groups aka Youth's ...I Can Vote On That🗝️

Are you even serious.. Create your own country where you'll vote in old wazees in elective position. Don't be stupid. 75 years old unataka Arun?? Jaluo wacha ujinga.
Thanks for letting Mr. Njiru speak without interruption. Very professional.
Mzee lee Njiru is a man full of wisdom.i hope Kenyans are listening to this great Mzee.

Lee Njiru and Mkurugenzi same whatsapp group, great story tellers. Lee is a legend.
This man's eloquence, power of recall, and narrative style help reinforce my unwavering belief that there's no shortage of brilliant minds in Kenya.
He's indeed an encyclopedia,
God bless and keep him, looking forward to reading his book.

Good old man.

Superb! Bring him back soon JKL, unmatched wisdom, we need that diet for reason.
I have listened to a VERY WISE MAN today.
A man who see's far than millions of us.

OOOOOOOO YOU HAVE SAVED MY ENERGY. VOTE GO HOME AND MIND MY BUSINESS.
Major point to note, that politicians flourish on the public/citizens and they will all agree. They are political cousins
What a good advice, people should worry about themselves & not about leaders. Amazing
My my this mzee is so smart and how does he remember everyone’s names and dates of events, wow!!!
Good advise on politics 👏, Kenyans think about yourself Not about politicians.
"You only need two houses, one to live in, another to live on"~Lee Njiru

It's me again Jeff, 1981 I was 20 years old so I the whole story from Mr L. Njiru resonates with me a lot.

Worderful words of wisdom,GOD bless you Mzee.
People should vote for themselves. Politicians are well taken care off.

Rewatched this episode today ,took notes
I adore you; Lee Njiru for the work you did for Mzee Moi. Please run for an elective position. You served right. You're an Enigma in Moi's leadership.
Are you even serious.. Create your own country where you'll vote in old wazees in elective position. Don't be stupid. 75 years old unataka Arun?? Jaluo wacha ujinga.
He might look like Moi but he comes from Runyenjes Embu. Born in Mbiruri Village then parents moved to mothege. village where he grew up.
@@AmosGuzman I think he’s 10 years older than that …he could be 85…not 75
At his old age he resemble moi pple used to say his moi's son
