Mzee Lee Njiru is so spot on and oozes real facts and wisdom. He saw it all for 46 years at the center of power wueh!! An encyclopedia volume book would be a best seller. I'd love to have a copy in earnest. May he live healthy and longer to educate us more on Kenya's hard charging democratic politics 🙏 💯.

Nice Talk. Nice wisdom... From it , I have learnt something wonderful,.... that @ times it's good to pretend you are foolish in order to servive..... and as Kenny Rogers sang and said, "walk away from troubles when you can ....it doesn't mean you are weak when you turn the other cheek !!.... son you don't to fight to be a MAN..... " it's good to walk away from troubles before the trouble troubles YOU.

Wisdom dictates a person STUDIES & LEARNS their Boss soooo well that you know when to "lay lower than an envelope" when to act Ignorant and Anti-Nyita when necessary, humble & gentle as a dove, canning & crafty as a hyena, far & sharp sighted as an Eagle 🦅 and moments when to be Bold as a Lion... But never at any point Antagonize, dishonor, disrespect your Boss, BEST WELL KEPT SECRET IS.... "MANAGE YOUR RESPECTFULLY, VERY WISELY DISCREETLY & HONORABLY, AND THE REWARD/DIVIDENDS AWAITS YOU"
Some of these qualities Above were the practices of PRES D.T Arap MOI around his Boss Mzee Jomo and no wonder Jomo found him trustworthy for long...The Reward Followed Him!!!. UKIJIFANYA MJUAJI MJANJA KWA BOSS YAKO ATA BY PROXY, REGARDLESS OF INSTITUTION, UTAJUA HUJUI...

Njiru was a pressman. He is a journalist.
His work was to cover Moi.
Obviously he didn’t always do it himself. The PPU had other journalists under him who took notes and Videos of everything Moi did.
He had no such power to order Moi around.
