- Trinidad Flour Peera-
1 lb flour
1 1/2 cups water to knead
For the phag-
1 1/4 cup water
2 cups condensed milk - two cups for this amount will be better unless you prefer it less sweet
3 tbsp ginger
1 cup sugar
other ingredients- 1/2 cup powdered milk
1 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp elychee or cardamon powder

I like to make it at least 2 days before. I prefer it to be fresh
