Mr. John, I noticed the crows @4:00 minute mark in addition to the wood thrush and catbirds...your flowers are also beautiful when you showed the hornet damage...your place is beautiful Mr. John....
John always something to do it seems on your farm. What a beautiful day you had for the video. Very peaceful in the beginning with the birds echoing through the woods. ♥️👍
Marty: Thanks so much!!! Honestly, I cannot wait to retire and spend every day out there. A sweaty, hot, dirty day on the property is better than any day in my current job!
Oh yeah buddy. Nice work John. Such a beautiful setting you have. Great land management. Oh man the bald face hornets are bad this year here as well. Love this. Thank you for sharing. 🌲♥️🌲👊🪓
Mr. Taz!!!! Thank you, friend! That little bugger stung me right through my pants!!!! I am looking forward to the first frost !!! Are you coming to Bunyan?
Great one John. Nice to see the catbird. 👍🏻 Lots of things done there. But always something else to do. Nasty sting. You could be right how they get nasty in the hot weather. Lucky me, it’s been many years since I got a sting. I get one today now since I said that. 🤭🤭 Have a great day John. Soak the heat up, you know what’s coming. 👋👋👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks, Noel! I hope you didn't jinx yourself! Someone told me they get madder knowing they will be dead soon? Guess I wouldn't feel too happy about that, myself!
Good morning John. It's nice to keep busy. There's always a bunch of things that need to be done before the things we like to do. You accomplished a good days work in the heat. Pretty cool looking catbird. Nasty sting you got there. Lots of antihistamines to get the swelling down. I am always worried about getting stung. I have a couple epipens since I am extremely allergic to wasps, hornets and bees. Take care!
Hey Paul! I always take for granted that a lot of folks probably don't get the chance to see a Catbird where they live. They are like flies here. They migrate in around April and stay till fall. We love them! Take care!
Your saw mill set up is second to none John.
You guys have such a beautiful place there John.
Very well maintained.
You can sure tell how much pride that you take in it.

@Brian2bears Thank you so much, Brian! As you know, it's a ton of work, but we love it!

a lot of work getting done. I have always noticed bees, wasp, hornets, I call them all bees. seem meaner in the fall, especially yellow jackets.
Sorry about the bee sting John. I am like you I think nature especially bees get nasty mad when it is hot and they are disturbed 🙏♥️
You can be sure I have my wits about me now!!!!
