For the first time using tampons it might be uncomfortable to put it but not necessarily painful. If you take it out dry or too soon it will be painful. I encourage you to try using them It is a LIFE CHANGER. It will take a while for you to get used to them and get the hang of it but when you do It’s super easy and not painful at all. I understand that it can be scary but just go for it I also recommended using a smaller size when you first try using a tampon. Also don’t be ashamed to ask questions like this it’s totally ok.
The Boiyagers the trick is to drink a ton of water literally , drink a gallon of water a day , my friend did this and her period usually lasts 9 days , when she did this it lasted 3 days , mine usually lasts 4-5 days, I did this and it lasted 3 days ( it can’t be less than 3 )
A few more tips is that there are shorts that are made to be worn in the pool so those could be good for people also rubylove!! They make period proof swimsuits and they are really good AND CUTE!

Some weird period logic is the fact that I was 1 month from being 13 and it was the summer and I was going to the 8th grade and I was somehow able to get it even though I wasent 90 pounds yet and I’m 14 and still not and still 4,8 yet my sister who’s 13 and taller then every one in my house except my dad

I wear pantyliners and tampons at the same time too. I suggest wearing a bigger “size” so you don’t bleed through. I used to need to wear pantyliners but I hardly wear them now that I mainly wear super and super plus tampons
@@jennanyman5080 Jenna Nyman I never new they made super plus. I wear regular on day 4 and 5 and super on 1, 2, and 3. And when I wear regular or super I still wear a pantiliner because it will somehow make it's way down the string(a little). So maybe when I swim this summer I could just use the size super plus for swimming and just in case I'll wear a pantiliner. So thanks for the advice.🙂

I swear chesters magic is real. When I used to watch you my period was light AF and you even posted a “Day in my life on my period “ when I realized I started on May 6th 2017. Look it up. You posted that video on that day. When I stopped watching was when my period got HEAVY and CRAMPY and I’d get sick with every I ate. I’m watching again now and my period has gotten better just as watching this video
Here's a tip I've learned. If you don't want to wear tampons then you can wear a pad with underwear and then wear swim shorts or nice covering bottoms that are a darker color over the underwear, you should sun tan before you swim so your pads dry while tanning.

I attended swimming clinic last last year and unluckily I had my period a day before our last day or something like graduation ceremony like that. It was such a dream to compete with my 'classmates' so I still joined the competetion what I did is, I didn't wear any sanitary pads or tampons just undewear and nothing happens! Thank god!

For the first time it May Hurt or feel weird but only a bit because you Are not used to it but in few days youll get used to it
