Ok so, I’m gender fluid, and I struggle with gender and body dysphoria. A lot of the time it’s very sudden, and it gets really bad during my period. I try to comfort myself with music and play lists, and this one is perfect!! Thanks so much for making this!!! I’m definitely subscribing :)

Bro so I’m gender fluid and I love that on the days that I feel all masculine and good about myself that it’s like “HAHA BI*CH HERES YOUR PERIOD!!!!” And then I feel like crying cause I’m stuck feeling the half masculine half feminine feeling for a week! And my body and mind won’t shut up or make up their mind on what I am!!!!

I'm transmasc and in the closet, everytime that time comes i feel so.... miserable, i want to cry because it remenbers me of how many years untill i can start transitioning or how much time time i can finally be free for this feeling of dysphoria and hate towards myself (sttuborn transphobic parents so noway i come out while i don't i have a place to live) this helped so thanks for making this playlist
Dealing with the same problems tbh. It's the main reason why I started making these playlist in fact. If I can't help myself then I can at least help others. And I'm glad this playlist made you feel better.

Amazing playlist, Man going through exactly this, I’ve been on my period for a month straight and a lot of other medical problems too, I feel like I’m dying both mentally and physically.
I only go through a week at most but I do feel like I need a hospital bed sometimes 😭 my iron deficiency definitely doesn't help

I needed this. I just started mine yesterday at 2 am and could only sleep for 7 hours (including the times I woke up and the time it took to get to sleep), and even though I don't normally get dysphoria about it just HAD to happen this time. fortunately i don't get periods anymore because i take medication, but i feel so deeply for all the fellow transmasc people who have to deal with them, periods suck man :( they're icky and gross and so dehumanising, no one should have to deal with the pain they cause and i wish everyone had access to medical assistance to they can get rid of em. some people don't have access to that and that's an injustice in my opinion.

Geuss who woke up this morning bloated and cramping but thought it was just a stomachache, felt dysphoric but was gonna fight through it. Continue through the day still cramping and bloated decided to go to the bathroom, while I'm walking feel something gush out and can only think 'no no no no' gets to the bathroom to find that my favorite boxers are soaked in blood and I have no pads, so i get to call my parents crying and checked out of school for something I wish so badly that I didn't have.
ik this is a transmasc playlist, but as an non binary i feel so comfy and i forget that the pain exists
I never get pain on my period some say im lucky instead i get severe nausea, headaches that fell like your heads being slammed against a wall, extreme weakness,extreme dizzyness with no appitite to eat playlists like these help lift my spirits

I'm transmasc, i have had my period for two months. My mom told me I'm lucky because i dont get cramps but i feel like I'm gonna pass out if i stand and its feels so weird and uncomfortable.
I dont have anything pads or anything and I'm at my brothers house.
Currently using toilet paper.
My dad will pick me and brother up soon then i can change into new underwear and get a pad.
But now I'll have to wash my underwear in the water🥲

Okay so as an elder trans, I feel like I need to suggest birth control. I know, i know, "Jup, that reminds me I'm feminine?" Try the depo shot. It's a once every 3 month injection and I haven't had a period since Nov 2020. Granted, it isn't for everyone, talk it over with your doctor of course, but that's my recommendation 🙃 also if ur parents ask why just say it's bc you forget to take daily meds or something

I'm a trans guy, I haven't had a period for more than three months and I couldn't be more happy about it (I'm not on T or out to my parents). My mom is worried about that and she wants me to go to a gynecologist to check what is happening. I feel so dysphoric about it. This playlist makes me calm down a bit, I'm so happy that I don't have periods now, I don't want to go to a gyno and give me estrogen, I just want T.....

You could be genderfluid/genderfaun.
Gender fluid is when you switch between any (or all) genders, usually male or female.
Genderfaun is switching between genders but never any feminine genders. All masc all the time but you switch between different masc identities.
If these aren't you I could give you other genders you might be.
Also pronouns don't equal gender!! you could use they/them, she/her, ze/zer, and it/its and still be whatever! As long as they make you happy and comfortable 😉
